Brett, your technician, was absolutely fantastic. He took a terrible situation, on Thanksgiving Day, and turned it around to a very enjoyable experience. He has the best personality for this job I have ever seen. We hated paying the money but it didn't seem so horrible due to Brett turning it into such an enjoyable visit. I would rank him as your top technician and I would use him again in a split second. Thank you Brett for your outstanding personality and making it seem like you were part of the family. Our garage door spring broke and called the original installer. They gave us a date way out to come and look at it. It is winter and not having the garage door work is not an option. We called Precision and Dwayne immediately scheduled it for the next day. Brent promptly came at the appointed hour and quickly explained the issue, gave us some options, worked with us on the pricing and finished the repair under an hour. Thank you.

We were ready to go to church on Sunday morning when our garage door refused to open We called one company who told us that they would charge triple time to come out. We looked at the ads in the phone book and decided on your company. We had a serviceman in a couple of hours; he knew immediately what our problem was, but didn't have the part needed for our repair. He told us he would be back on Monday after noon. When he got here, he went right to work and did the job in about an hour. We were very pleased with the young man who did the work, and it seems to be working fine.

I would give more stars if I could. They were cheaper than other companies I was quoted from. Plus they were able to come out the same day. I found the installer to be extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We went over different options on repair and also preventative maintenance. Now my garage door is extremely quiet. She also made extra effort to get me that same day appt, calling the tech to see if it was possible. The technician that came out was extremely nice, explained my options, quickly fixed my door.
