We have had Precision to work on our garage doors in three house now, they are always on time exactly when they say they will be here. They go right to work to resolve the problem and use good quality products. I would never call anyone else.

Cam initially came out to service our commercial unit on a 10’ door. He recognized that he needed assistance from a Sr Tech and called David to come join him. They were both very professional. They were transparent in what they were doing, as well as challenges. They did their due diligence in trouble shooting, they kept me informed. The provided an up front pricing estimate. One item they could not remedy, I was later able to remedy going through the Overhead Door manual (which we didnt have at the time of repair). Bottom line. Honesty, professionalism and a timely service means 5 stars because of who these men were. I’d use them again and I recommend Precision Garage Doors.

The repairman came out spent 45 minutes and except for changing one piece that your installer put on backwards and lubricating everything did do anything. I'm still having the same problem Joe. Timperman

We needed new springs on our garage door. Precision installed a new motor for us almost a year ago and did a great job. David explained everything we could do in regards to the new springs and we truly appreciated his help. He did a great job in a very short time. I would never call anyone else.

I discovered a broken spring on my garage door on Saturday and after researching several companies I decided on PDS because they have very positive customer reviews and a friend had used PDS and spoke very positive about their work. Since they provide service on Sunday, I was able to have the springs replaced the next day and also replacement of worn rollers. Skip was the technician and he was very professional and obviously very thorough and knowledgeable. He offered many helpful suggestions about future maintenance and upkeep. I did have a question about pricing and spoke with Rick May who is a manager of PDS. He was very helpful and listened carefully and intently about my concern which was not in anyway major. Rick was very concerned about my concern and his honesty, sincerity and integrity came shining through. His response exceeded my expectation. Finally, I was impressed with the repair work and professionalism of Skip. But even more so with PDS making my concern their concern. I am a very grateful customer for the work on the garage and their mission of customer satisfaction.

the service man was very nice . Seemed surprised when I asked if he had a mask . I offered him one and he wore it the entire time. He really could not find anything wrong with the door, checked everything over , gave me a few things to look for , told me I needed to give him $65 , wrote out the ticket and that was all. I hope this doesn't happen again since he said everything was fine.

John, our service technician was friendly, prompt and explained everything professionally in layman terms. Good sense of humor and wasted no time removing and installing our new Opener, key pads, etc. We have used Precision for nearly 15 years and have no reason to look for any other company to do our repairs or replacements. I’m a brand new home owner. I had an issue with my garage door closing. Skip came in found the problem right away. After talking with him I decided to go with a new motor. Skip did a great job of installing it and took the time to show how everything worked. Very friendly and informative. If I ever had issues with my garage door again (which I seriously doubt) I would totally ask for Skip again!! If I could give him 10 stars I would but I’m limited to 5 :).

I'm so happy that my coworker told me about your company. I just brought a home, the garage door would barley open, it was slanted and wouldn't close, we had to force it closed. I had the movers coming 2 days later. That was gonna be a headache. I called percesion they sent a guy out same day and he fixed it in no time. Great job, well done. If I ever have a problem again. Needed Opener repair (mine was 30+ years old and I was pretty sure I was going with a new one even if the old one could be repaired). Called Wednesday afternoon and technician was here before noon on Thursday. Rick was courteous and polite and really didn't seem to mind answering my excessive questions. Rick got the job done pretty quickly and also checked out the garage door, adjusted the springs etc. Hopefully I won't have to worry about my garage door for a long time.
