Thank you for such a quick response and excellent service. The original installer was unable to service my garage door needs because of a 4 month back order issue, so I did an online system search and connected with Precision. My wait time was “next day” and service was “excellent”. I am so pleased that I am currently awaiting a return call from the service technician to schedule another service appointment for both garage doors. After a through review of Overhead Garage Door Service Companies in November 2019 we selected Precision and were completely pleased with the installation of a new door. This week we experienced a problem with the Chain Drive Operator and called Precision and scheduled an appointment. Representative Thomas J arrived at our home exactly on time, made a an in inspection of the situation, professionally explained the problem. I am appreciative of his explanation and purchased a new Chain Drive Operator. Furthermore, will highly recommend when occasion arrives.

I needed my door repaired and chose precision mostly because of their great feedback and 5 star ratings. The tech that worked on my door was Thomas, (a great name, just like mine)! Thomas is a rare commodity in today's world... a real gentleman and knows how to treat customers. Thomas started repairing my door and the wife and I thought we could settle in and watch a movie since it was a lot of work needing to be done. After less than a hour Thomas knocked on the door and said all done,WOW!! Fantastic workmanship I am a happy camper Thomas is the best and I will use this outfit again!

Outstanding service, less than 24 hours after calling, my garage door was repaired and good to go. The two people who did the work were courteous, professional and timely. Thomas did a great job! He was right on time. He inspected both doors in addition to adding a new heavy duty weatherstripping to the bottom of both doors He changed one cracked hinge and one broken hinge on the larger door. He was quick, but at the same time very personable. I highly recommend him!

Highly recommend!!! Soon as my garage doors broke they came over and installed all new parts, new springs and new garage opener!!! I racked my door by getting the edge of my garbage can stuck under it when closing it. Thomas was polite, masked, and thorough. He did try an upsell for our motor, but only because it's almost 30 years old and a newer one may have sensed the pressure and stopped trying to close and cause the racking. He was in and out in under an hour. Fixing the racking, performing some maintenance, and talking me into an upgrade on the rollers. I'm glad I opted for the extras as my door is smoother and quieter than it's been since we moved here 5 years ago. I hope I never need your services again, but I'll gladly recommend you to anyone else who may.

My garage door opener had died and I knew I'd be looking at a replacement. The new opener is much more sophisticated but very user friendly. I like all of the extra features. The installation was quick and the technician was very knowledgeable. I was pleased with the service. Precision will definitely be my go to company for garage door issues in the future.
