Our maintenance committee at ambassador East condominium saw your tv ad about having everything you need in your truck to fix broken Springs . we average new Springs about every two years so I called your office to have a representative come and look at our door. Jason Wallace was our tech and he did a great job of evaluating our needs and sending me quotes what it would take when we need your service. I asked him to put us in your system so when we call for service we will be set up and ready to go. You folks are very professional… thank you

Our garage door spring broke and Precision Door had a very courteous young man out in what at the most was maybe 1 1/2 hours tops. You can also follow the actual live progress that the service tech is making on the way to the customer. Jason was friendly, courteous and completed the repair quickly and fine tuned the spring tension. We are very pleased with the service provided by Precision Door Service repair.

Easy to request a Saturday appointment online. Quick response and quick to get the new garage opener installed. Tech Jason was prompt, kind and knowledgable and even programmed all remotes before he left.

I found Precision on the Internet. I liked being able to talk to a "real" person and set up an appointment for same day service. In a very short time I received a call from Jason Wallace that he was only 20 minutes away. He arrived at 9:30 and completed the repairs by 10:30. He gave me options on what needed to be fixed and the cost involved. Jason was very knowledgeable and wasted no time finishing the repairs. Thank you to a very nice young man.

Hi there and I do appreciate how easy it was to schedule the appointment. Also, the personnel who came out this morning was professional, informative, and helpful. However, although he did did some basic maintenance and added a surge protector, the garage is still making a the loud squeaking sound while opening. Me and the Precision personnel did actually check for this while he was here and it seemed as though the sound had stopped. But as my wife just returned home and opened the garage, it went right back to doing it again and then remained the same as I made more attempts at opening the garage. I would like for Precision to identify and resolve the issue. My total charge for the visit was right under $300.00. Not cheap at all, but I understand and was willing to pay for sure. But would like this item that I've mentioned to be fixed please. Please let me know if this can be scheduled soon? Thanks in advance. Amad Ali U.S. Army (ret)

I am very happy with the service I received from Precision Garage Door Service. Jason was very professional & honest. He only replaced what needed to be replaced (springs & bearings) & did not try to sell me anything else. The motor is 17 years old. He told me it is still good & I should get another few more years out of it. Will definitely use them again in the future.

THE INDIVIDUAL WHO WAS SENT TO MY RESIDENT FROM PRECISION GARAGE DOOR SERVICE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. HE EXPLAINED TO ME WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS AND EVEN GAVE ME SOME VERY HELPFUL RECOMMENDATIONS AS TO MAINTENANCE. Precision Garage installed our door a few years ago and we recently were having issues with the outside keypad remote , Jason showed up on time ,he even called to let us know he was on the way . A spring broke on my Garage door on Friday evening 3/29/24. On the Saturday morning of 03/30/24 I went to your website and asked for an appointment. Your office called me within 30 minutes , scheduled a Technician to be at my house between noon and 2PM, today, the same day, he arrived at 11:30 AM and had the repairs done by 2PM. Jason Wallace was the Technician. You could not ask for a better person and better customer service. I used Precision before and will again. Good JOB, and Thanks.
