Your technician George did a fantastic job, quickly and efficiently while being very polite. He pointed out areas of concern especially the main bearings on the shaft holding the heavy springs for my 20+ year-old garage door system. He quickly replaced the springs, the bearings and the rollers on the door. Thank you

George was unfriendly, non communicative to the point of being rude and seemed like he was not happy to be here. Two days later the door stopped working, so I had to call for another service call. The only reason I called Precision in the first place is that they give a senior discount. We will see if Josh Wright is any better at fixing it.
