I give 5 stars only because of the service Dave Crowe provided me with. He was polite, kept his distance from me, and solved the problem I was having. Though I do have one complaint - since I am not the most knowledgeable about garage door/services I didn’t know what was going on with mine. It was a simple solution and I do think $65 for something that took 15 seconds to fix was a little ridiculous. I was recommended to you all, and I will be a lil hesitant to recommend and only to call you if for sure can’t figure out whats going on.

Trying to think of reason not to give a 5 star rating. I thought the cost was high. That said I have no experience in garage door repair. The phone rep and technician were very good. The tech clearly knew what he was doing and the door not only works but seems to have a smoother operation.

Another main goal is to offer our customers the best possible products and warranties available. We do offer standard cycle springs at a lower cost, but they come with significantly lower warranties, and will result in earlier breakage and costly return repair trips. We will come back and out the standard cycle springs up if you choose to call back and ask, but they will revert to a 2 year warranty. I hope this helps you understand our pricing better.

The driver arrived early, he was very friendly and went right to work fixing my problem. My garage door would go up for no reason or it would stop half way going up or down. The problem was one of my openers. No problem. He programmed another opener and bingo no more crazy door and all works fine. Thank you for the prompt and friendly service. Why I went with Precision, after contacting 3 - 4 service related companies (Overhead Door Repair Companies) I was struck with the professionalism demonstrated by Precision over the phone and the very professional website presentation online. The technician (David) was very knowable of his job, and product awareness, very quick to write up his recommendations with a "no pressure approach solution" to correcting the my garage issue. A 5 STAR RATING!!!!!!!!!

Our technician, Dave Crowe, was just awesome. Super friendly and personable not to mention highly knowledgeable. He was polite and was able to assess my garage door situation and provide several solutions with 100% honesty in how far he thought each solution would last. After we made the decision he got right to work and had it wrapped up within an hour and our garage door works better than it ever has and is even much quieter. David C was on time in his time window. He was polite and asked questions about the issue that had been ongoing. He assessed the problem and in no time found faulty wiring. We had questioned when the house was built the company they used- we didn’t think it was originally installed correctly, but he found the problem, fixed it on the spot, and was not that expensive.
