Great service. The technician who came to my house (I think he said his name was Cam (maybe short for Cameron?)) was friendly, knowledgeable, did the work quickly without trying to sell me on more services than I asked for or needed (just a little preventative maintenance), and he answered all my questions. We broke a spring and could not use our garage door. We called the company that installed our garage door and they could not come out for almost a week. We called Precision and they could come out the next day. Cam came out and replaced the springs and it works better than it ever has.

I have used Precision on several other occasions for the repair of our garage door opener. The technician usually calls and lets me know they are coming and upon arrival they take a close look at the unit and can usually take care of the problem. Today not so much, The technician did not call before he arrived and was just pure luck that I was home. I was showing him the problem and the first thing he asked was "How old is this thing?" I said 10 years or so and when he realized it was much older he went on into sales mode instead of repair mood. He went ahead and did the inspection on the door and when I came back out he had my sale options ready to discuss. I asked about repairing it, but he said it was beyond repair. If he hadn't told me that he was kinda new to this I would have just believed him and said ok lets replace it, but if he was not sure if it could be fixed then I put the brakes on the purchase and may contact another company for the repair. I'm not made I just want to make sure before I spend $700 to replace it instead of a $100 repair.

Cam initially came out to service our commercial unit on a 10’ door. He recognized that he needed assistance from a Sr Tech and called David to come join him. They were both very professional. They were transparent in what they were doing, as well as challenges. They did their due diligence in trouble shooting, they kept me informed. The provided an up front pricing estimate. One item they could not remedy, I was later able to remedy going through the Overhead Door manual (which we didnt have at the time of repair). Bottom line. Honesty, professionalism and a timely service means 5 stars because of who these men were. I’d use them again and I recommend Precision Garage Doors.

The service tech that showed up was very friendly and knowledgeable. Once he inspected the current door situation, he knew what to do and got it repaired, he even installed an key pad I purchased awhile back. I know who to call if the door has a problem.
