I called on Saturday and Shawn called Sun morning and was here on time I could not believe they work on Sunday but I was happy to get my door fixed quickly. I had 2 broken springs. Shawn gave estimate and explained warranty. He is the most polite and efficient technician i have ever had. He fixed quickly and showed me where and how for me to grease necessary parts I think I could not find a better technician.

I had no idea as to what was going on and knew it was time to call Precision. The problem was my remote. Shawn fixed it and I was able to get a good night's sleep last night.
