On 08 Sep 2020, a Triple Touch Bottom Seal was installed, and the serviceman did not consult with the owner about it not fitting the garage door precisely. The second visit by the same serviceman had no results, said that was the only Bottom Seal that Precision had, that my door thickness was too thin and that was all he could do. HELP! Fantastic service. I called on Sunday afternoon and had an appointment for first thing Monday morning. The tech that came out was named Dave and he was fantastic. He was so nice and got our problem solved quickly. This is the 2nd or 3rd time we've had to call Precision for a service call and they never been anything but fantastic. I highly recommend them.

Both guys were great. They tried to find me a less expensive solution, but alas, not their fault. I just ordered a new garage door. IF there is anyway the new door could be put in in less than the month they said it would be, I would really appreciate it, as I cannot open my garage door until the new one is installed, and will have to park my car out side. Six years ago I had Precision install a new door, rails, and opener. Best decision! The products are great and the service has been wonderful. Always on-time, professional, and get it right the first time. Just had them do a 'tune-up'. Door runs smoothly and silent. I highly recommend Precision to anyone needing either garage door service and/or a new door!

The technicians were very professional and courteous. They did a great job explaining everything! We were told it was just the logic board at first and unfortunately replacing it did not fix the issue. Sadly, both of the sensors had to be replaced and of course the price went up!!! :( but it’s understandable. I imagine it could always be worse!! I chose Precision because of the online ratings and reviews. David called to say they were on the way. Within 15 minutes David and and an apprentice, Zach, arrived. Both were congenial, neatly dressed and wearing masks upon arrival. David explained the problem with the garage door opener so that I understood. He called the office for parts that weren’t on the truck and the problem was quickly eliminated. I would recommend either of these two gentlemen and Precision to all.

I found Precision through an Internet search looking for a company with good reviews for garage repair. I usually shop around and compare but five stars convinced me that this is who I needed to call. Dave and Zach were extremely courteous and professional from the phone call they made before arrival until they pulled out of the driveway. Our door was inoperable and off-balance and it works great. The workers offered helpful hints and advice as well, as they took the time to answer several questions that I had. While I hope to have no further need, I would call this company first without question.
