After checking the internet for Garage Door Repair companies and reading their reviews, I selected Precision Garage Door Co. to check out my non-operating remotes to my Oplener. The company responded to my call on a Sunday and even offered to come that day but I had them make an appointment for Monday. The service Technician was David and he was very professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. I was very impressed with him overall and feel that he is an asset to the company and to the customers that he services. If I were still in business he is the kind of employee that I would want representing my company. If I need service in the future I will not hesitate to call this company again and would recommend them to anyone needing garage door work done. This company appears to be very well run and managed.

The sun was hitting the sensors for my garage door opener and preventing it from closing using my remote. Precision sent a tech out the same day, he moved the sensors and it’s perfect now! Thanks for the quick and efficient response!

Precision completed a maintenance check on my garage door. The service tech was very nice and friendly. I was charged a $65 for the service charge and $88 for the maintenance. About 2 hours after the technician left, I was leaving my house and noticed a huge area of grease on my drive. I immediately contacted the 1-800 number and advised them. I was told the local office was not available and that someone would call me back shortly. After not hearing back from anyone, i called the local office 3 hours later and spoke to the manager, Rick, at the Clarksville location. Understandably, he questioned me as to whether the spot could have been left by another vehicle. I proceeded to tell him that I live alone, no one parks in my driveway, and the spot was not there the day before. He sent the technician back that evening with a driveway cleaner and pressure washer. Even though the spot was still there, I was asked to let it dry overnight. I did not hear from anyone the following day to check in with me. On the 3rd day, I sent Rick (the manager) a photo of my drive still showing the large spot. He has failed to respond in any way. I had my driveway and sidewalks professionally cleaned and sealed just last summer. The grease or transmission fluid that is present is about 20" in length and 5" wide so its a pretty big area. The fact that no one followed up with me or responded to my text message is very concerning. It is this reason that I will not use them in the future or recommend them to anyone.

Precision did a great job! I called them on a Saturday morning at 11:00am, and by 4pm my garage door was back in business! They quoted me several different options, and even worked with my home warranty company to give them the details so I could be reimbursed. Highly recommend!

I recently had Precision replace the bottom seal on my garage door. I called and they gave me an appointment for the following day. The technician (David) called to let me know he was on his way. Upon arrival he was very upfront with my options and what the cost would be. He also gave me a complete review of the condition of my door, opener, springs, rollers etc. I was very satisfied with his work and intend to use Precision when the need arises.

the service tech came to our door 15 minutes prior to beginning of time window. He was very professional, ask me to remove the vehicles from garage, told me the charge for the service and equipment. He programed the new opener-remote . Made sure both doors were programed into opener . Presented me with invoice, gave him payment, he sent via email my paid invoice . I was having trouble getting my garage door to go all the way down so after reading some reviews, I called Precision out to look at it. A friendly young man showed up, but sadly it quickly became apparent that he had no real intention of fixing my garage door. Not for a reasonable price, anyway. He told me there were so many things wrong with the door that it would take more then 700.00 to fix it, then he proceeded to try to sell me a brand new garage door for more then twice that price. I quickly paid the service change and sent him on his way. A couple of days later my brother came over and made some minor adjustments to the door and the door was going up and down normally again. The bottom line is this, I wouldn’t trust a company that would treat their customers this way. He was trying to sell something without being honest about it. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Called to get an estimate on getting a motor installed on a brand new garage door. I was told there would be a service fee but wasnt told I would be charged $65 to get an estimate. After the technician was here about 10 minutes, to write an estimate, he asked my wife for $65. I feel like the estimate could have been completed over the phone with an additional three questions. Not sure if we will be using this company or not, but feel like we were taken advantage of.

We called yesterday and had service today. David was prompt, courteous and thorough. We knew that we would possibly have to get a new motor which we did and he gave us several options with no pressure on which one we should buy. He knew exactly what to do and how to do it. At this writing, we are very pleased with the service and quality of the product we received. There is a 90 Day Warranty which covers Service fee if return is needed. There is a 1 year battery and electronics warranty There is a Lifetime Warranty on the Belt & Motor (through the Manufacturer)
