Precision provides an unbelievable service across the board: great communications, fast response, professional service technicians, and more importantly their service is reasonably priced. I strongly recommend them to anyone requiring garage door service/ repairs. My elderly father’s garage door was in an unbelievable state, and this literally happened overnight. The garage door had come off its rails on both sides but at various areas so it was dangling at some spots and was stuck with a quarter of the door up. With the weather now being cold my Dad needed the door repaired immediately. I called several garage repair services late morning on Friday. All but one couldn’t come until until the following week or Saturday. I thought major repairs were going to be required so when a John H showed up from Precision and assured me he would have the door repaired in an hour I was disbelief. John was was the consummate professional. He was knowledgeable, personable, and was “done” In less than one hour. Everything that needed to be replaced was replaced with quality parts. Rick came in and did an excellent job. We were having trouble with our garage door opener, so Rick installed a new one. He was very courteous and friendly, he provided detailed information on what was going on with our old opener, as well as what he was going to install. Arrived a bit early but called ahead. Fixed quickly and didn't try to pressure sell products which is a huge plus. Door is fixed and working good again all in perfect time as the weather is getting to cold to sit out waiting. Very friendly and great service.

Collin arrived right on time and got straight to evaluating my problem and then gave me choices for my repair. I went with the door overhaul, which it desperately needed. Within an hour I had a fully functional door again, and it is quieter than it has ever been. I will probably have the folks back out next month to overhaul my other garage door and possibly install 2 openers on a new building I am putting up. Totally satisfied.

My garage door would not open So my daughter called the Louisville office about 5:00 p.m. They sent a technician within a couple of hours and were very thorough in identifying the problem. The technician worked until after 11:00 p.m. to complete the repairs. He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I was able to sleep well knowing we were safe and secure.

Service technician Tom was on time for the appointment. He did an assessment of what the root cause of my springs breaking. He had the parts on his truck and made the repairs very quickly. He took the time to explain to my wife what repairs were made and had her operate it while he was there so he could address any concerns she might have. I purchased the lifetime warranty for my door. It now is very quiet. I am very well satisfied with their services. I give them 5 Stars for their service.

The garage door was exactly what I was looking for and more. The Installation was awesome and the install and quote technician were very helpful and courteous. However I never really heard much at all from the office personel once my deposit was taken. I had to call and make my own appointment and check any updates as far as door being delivered.
