Broke a door spring Thursday night pulling in from work. Called Precision that night and they were there the next morning. The tech replaced my broken spring and some worn bearings. Door works good as new. The technician was courteous and efficient. Would definitely use them again.

They don’t tell you it’s $65.00 just for an estimate until they come out and tell you what’s wrong and then tell you it’s $65.00. And an overpriced estimate at that!

What a great experience. Our garage door broke at 11:30 this morning and Precision was at our house at 1:30 this afternoon. Josh Wright the technician was super friendly, informative on what needed to be done, and didn't mind if I watched him do some of the work. Will definitely call Precision in the future if I have any problems with my garage door. Precision is lucky to have a nice young man like Josh on their team. Brett Schultheis came out yesterday afternoon, in the heat of the day, to install a new garage door opener I had purchased on Angie's List because I thought that is what I needed. As it turns out, I needed garage door springs. Brett explained that my new door opener would not fix the problem and completely explained the problem and answered all our questions. I did have the springs replaced along with all the new hardware and took the warranty. I also had the new garage door opener, a PDS 800 Premium Series, installed and could not be more pleased, it is the quietest opener I have ever seen. He took no longer than 3 hours to complete the entire job and was so pleasant to deal with.

positively strong 5 stars! my garage door fell extremely hard late Friday night. I called your company Saturday afternoon hoping just to get an answering machine for a call back on Monday. instead I spoke to a person who scheduled an appointment for 4 and a half hours later that day. I was shocked and pleased to get a technician out to my house that fast. then the technician called me to let me know he was running early. he advised me of what needed to be done and did an excellent repair job, then told me I may receive a veterans 10% discount. I am very pleased with the professionalism and respect of your company. As a letter carrier, I know a lot of people who ask for referrals for companies. I liked the fact that you sent me a picture of the technician that was coming before hand. The technician was very nice and knowledgable. Although it was not good news that I needed a replacement door opener, it was nice that he could take care of it right away. The installation was fast. It is nice to have my door working again. I put off getting it fixed for way too long.
