Jason arrived on-time and quickly and efficiently identified the issues with my current installation, explained and recommended choices for me to consider to fix the issue to my satisfaction, and upon my choice provided friendly and informative installation of my new opener and lower garage rubber seal/coping. Jason also gave me troubleshooting tips to consider for the future, taking into account that I am a survivor of multiple combat concussive-blast/TBI events. I am concerned that the frame holding the garage opener is not going to hold the door . The frame is bended and twisted. When I call the Manager Rick May I was told that the technician is going to come to my house tomorrow. The manager refused to take my call .

My son recommended Precision since my past service did not service on Sat. or Sun. I called Saturday about 11 and set the appointment for between 12 and 2, Alex called and was right on time. He was very professional, very efficient and showed me what was wrong and options for repair. He finished the repair in a very timely manner. Very nice young man and I will definitely be using them again.

Precision installed the original garage door opener and I remember everyone as having been so very nice, so when it needed service, it was logical to call them. Once again, everyone was courteous and efficient. The problem was solved quickly. All is well again and I'll definitely call Precision if there is ever another problem.
