Precision completed a maintenance check on my garage door. The service tech was very nice and friendly. I was charged a $65 for the service charge and $88 for the maintenance. About 2 hours after the technician left, I was leaving my house and noticed a huge area of grease on my drive. I immediately contacted the 1-800 number and advised them. I was told the local office was not available and that someone would call me back shortly. After not hearing back from anyone, i called the local office 3 hours later and spoke to the manager, Rick, at the Clarksville location. Understandably, he questioned me as to whether the spot could have been left by another vehicle. I proceeded to tell him that I live alone, no one parks in my driveway, and the spot was not there the day before. He sent the technician back that evening with a driveway cleaner and pressure washer. Even though the spot was still there, I was asked to let it dry overnight. I did not hear from anyone the following day to check in with me. On the 3rd day, I sent Rick (the manager) a photo of my drive still showing the large spot. He has failed to respond in any way. I had my driveway and sidewalks professionally cleaned and sealed just last summer. The grease or transmission fluid that is present is about 20" in length and 5" wide so its a pretty big area. The fact that no one followed up with me or responded to my text message is very concerning. It is this reason that I will not use them in the future or recommend them to anyone.

Precision came to repair our door a couple of years ago. When I broke tgg he a door last night, you are the only company I would have called! I called this morning at 10:30 and Jason arrived by 11!! Jason came and installed our new and VERY quiet garage door opener! Thank you Jason!!!!

I racked my door by getting the edge of my garbage can stuck under it when closing it. Thomas was polite, masked, and thorough. He did try an upsell for our motor, but only because it's almost 30 years old and a newer one may have sensed the pressure and stopped trying to close and cause the racking. He was in and out in under an hour. Fixing the racking, performing some maintenance, and talking me into an upgrade on the rollers. I'm glad I opted for the extras as my door is smoother and quieter than it's been since we moved here 5 years ago. I hope I never need your services again, but I'll gladly recommend you to anyone else who may.

I was very pleased with the service I was provided for my garage door ,The technician Jason that came to the service was very friendly prompt and efficient, the only thing I think is that the price was a little bit high, I have used your company many many times over the years and I Don’t call anyone else because of the good service and knowledgeable technicians, but I think the price was just a little bit on the high side but other than that it was perfect. We had our garage door opener replaced by technician John Hill. He took the time to explain all my options, and was very helpful. He replaced my garage door opener and there was no mess, he removed all the parts that he replaced, and was very informative. He took the time to explain all the buttons and what each was used for. Travis fixed our garage door operation with repair of one wire. The wire had been broken by a raccoon which accidentically got locked inside when I closed the door without knowing the raccoon had come inside when the garage was left open at sunset. We still need some new parts to be replaced tomorrow.

I called Friday evening and was able to get an appointment for Saturday afternoon. Justin called to let me know he was about 20 minutes away. When he arrived he was very professional and friendly. He assessed the situation and gave me several options, all of which were reasonable in cost. I opted for new doors which will be installed at a later date. I will definitely recommend this company to friends and family. If all the technicians provide service as great as Justin then you can’t lose.
