Cam was personable, professional, and assessed our need and created the best fix to also save us time and money. John Carpenter installed the the new rails, springs, and door efficiently and perfectly. I picked Precision Garage because when I had an issue years ago they came out same day and stayed until the problem was fixed and my door could open again. That's why I had them put in a new door when the time came. I've had a few issues with the new door but they were fixed. The service person who came today was professional and fixed the issues quickly. The door is now quiet and doesn't rub the top of the door when it closes. Was very happy with Alex.

My garage door torsion spring broke overnight. I called them first thing the next morning and they had a technician out within an hour. Was shocked at the cost of door springs to replace my broken one. They were cheaper back in 2015 Dakota did a great job in replacing the springs along with end caps in a very timely manner. Also adjusted door speed which I think will help.

A spring broke on my Garage door on Friday evening 3/29/24. On the Saturday morning of 03/30/24 I went to your website and asked for an appointment. Your office called me within 30 minutes , scheduled a Technician to be at my house between noon and 2PM, today, the same day, he arrived at 11:30 AM and had the repairs done by 2PM. Jason Wallace was the Technician. You could not ask for a better person and better customer service. I used Precision before and will again. Good JOB, and Thanks.
