Precision Garage installed our door a few years ago and we recently were having issues with the outside keypad remote , Jason showed up on time ,he even called to let us know he was on the way . Jason was very knowledgeable and friendly and soon fixed the problem. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door ????

Cam was personable, professional, and assessed our need and created the best fix to also save us time and money. John Carpenter installed the the new rails, springs, and door efficiently and perfectly. He was personable, friendly, very proficient with the quality of work and a person I trust in my home and garage. He was on time, with real time updates for arrival, and the door is amazing and works well! I picked Precision Garage because when I had an issue years ago they came out same day and stayed until the problem was fixed and my door could open again. That's why I had them put in a new door when the time came. I've had a few issues with the new door but they were fixed. The service person who came today was professional and fixed the issues quickly. The door is now quiet and doesn't rub the top of the door when it closes. Was very happy with Alex.

The ad stated 24/7 service and that is just what we needed. Both of our cars were in the garage and the door would not open. The service man was very quick to respond and quicker to fix the problem. We called at 9am and our door was open before noon. Couldn't have been more pleased with the service man who arrived so quickly and explained everything to us. Hopefully we will ot have further problems but if we do we know who to call.

The install was done in a professional timely manor. John, the technician, was on time and very personable. When I called to get an estimate,I ended up having to call back 3 times to get it. My initial install date was Friday April 5 in the morning, I was called that morning and rescheduled for the afternoon! I was then called the same day and rescheduled for Tuesday April 9 because the opener was not in stock. My only point of contention is this, I was charged a diagnostic charge of $115. I did not need diagnosis, I wanted a new garage door opener. There was absolutely no diagnostic done so I feel like the diagnostic charge should not apply.

My garage door torsion spring broke overnight. I called them first thing the next morning and they had a technician out within an hour. The technician, Tim May, was fast, efficient, and explained everything thoroughly! It was less than two hours total from first contact to completion of the job. SUPER impressed and pleased! Was shocked at the cost of door springs to replace my broken one. They were cheaper back in 2015 Dakota did a great job in replacing the springs along with end caps in a very timely manner. Also adjusted door speed which I think will help.
