Precision Garage Door sent Kyle F. to my residence for a snapped garage door spring. Kyle was friendly and knowledgeable. I had a spring break on my garage door earlier this week; I was busy for most of the week and did not have time to call for a repair. I called on Sunday around 3:00 p.m. and Kyle was at my house by 4:00 p.m. Kyle was very professional and explained the options well. Within about 45 minutes, Kyle had the springs installed and the door operating. I enjoyed my interaction with Kyle and was pleased with this initial engagement with you organization.

My door was not closing properly because I backed into it accidently. I called early on the 31st of December. Jason Wallace came out to repair the rollers and track from a door panel that had become dislodged. In less than 5 minutes, it was repaired and working. My biggest thanks are to him and Precision for the fine work on the last day of the year. 2025 Has to be better (lol)
