Excellent is the one word summary of my experience. Finally, a company that lives up to their advertising. Called them at 7:45am today. Technician (Tim May) arrived about an hour and a half later. He was very, very personable and professional. He explained what I needed and the cost of the repairs for me to approve. He completed the repairs in about an hour and I was back in business. What fantastic service and it came with a two year warranty! Simply put, it was an excellent experience from top to bottom. I strongly recommend them for garage door work.

Hi there and I do appreciate how easy it was to schedule the appointment. Also, the personnel who came out this morning was professional, informative, and helpful. However, although he did did some basic maintenance and added a surge protector, the garage is still making a the loud squeaking sound while opening. Me and the Precision personnel did actually check for this while he was here and it seemed as though the sound had stopped. But as my wife just returned home and opened the garage, it went right back to doing it again and then remained the same as I made more attempts at opening the garage. I would like for Precision to identify and resolve the issue. My total charge for the visit was right under $300.00. Not cheap at all, but I understand and was willing to pay for sure. But would like this item that I've mentioned to be fixed please. Please let me know if this can be scheduled soon? Thanks in advance. Amad Ali U.S. Army (ret)

It was a Saturday and my car was " trapped " in the garage, the door spring broke... couldn't even lift it manually. My neighbor told me to call Precision..long story short.. technician Kyle was here in a short wait, assessed the options clearly with no pressure and successfully repaired the door. My repair came with a 5 yr warranty, labor included. The response time from call to fix was such a surprise and relief.

Thank you so much Tim the technician was right on time everything went so easy , I usually read reviews they are true Tim called me and told me when he would be her and he was right on time. Words can not express my experience with Tim he diagnosed the problem and fixed it and gave me knowledge about the door, he was fantastic. Thanks to precision and special thanks to Tim. Service was quick and professional however 500.00 dollars for two springs that should have been maybe 200.00 for both is more than just a bit high. Tack on the 65.00 charge for fuel,shop parts, and disposal on top of the 125.00 safety inspection. I don’t know, a 1000.00 dollar torsion spring replacement just seems to me to be quite high. Before any comments about choice, yes it was my decision to have it done, however although I have used Precision in the past I will not use them in the future. Also, if you can show me an invoice that shows you pay 195.00 per spring which allows the typical 30% markup to 250.00 I will apologize and remove this post.

I have an old garage door on my garage and have had Precision door technicians come out to my house, three times. When they came out today it was because of a warranty issue, but Dakota was very professional and took care of the problem very quickly. I am very happy with the service I received from Precision Garage Door Service. Jason was very professional & honest. He only replaced what needed to be replaced (springs & bearings) & did not try to sell me anything else. The motor is 17 years old. He told me it is still good & I should get another few more years out of it. Will definitely use them again in the future.

The opener COULDN’T be fixed, but the service repair person was very good. THE PROBLEM WAS NOT in the door opener it was in the big unit. Everything works but door opener to fix it had to replace entire Garage opener.hand unit ok car ok outside number button ok. Decided not to spend 8-9 hundred dollars to replace the unit,

Technician arrived about one hour after I called. Checked out the entire system and determined that everything looked good except for the 24 year old Sears opener! Didn't make sense to repair a unit old. Technician systematically removed old unit and installed a new one, checking that it worked perfectly. Job well done !

THE INDIVIDUAL WHO WAS SENT TO MY RESIDENT FROM PRECISION GARAGE DOOR SERVICE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. HE EXPLAINED TO ME WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS AND EVEN GAVE ME SOME VERY HELPFUL RECOMMENDATIONS AS TO MAINTENANCE.
