We had our chain and a gear break on our garage the other night. I immediately called for weekend service. Kyle called Saturday morning to let me know his ETA. When he arrived he was amazing. He accessed the job and recommended what needed to be done and why. He checked in constantly to let us know his time frame and what he was working on. He then let us know when he was finished and again, confirmed the final invoice before pay. I would highly recommend Precision Garage for any repair service!

WOW! Nothing like being taken advantage of! Had Precision come out on a Sunday and they told me I needed a new garage opener drive unit. I needed my door back in service so I agreed. I was told when I made the call there's no extra charge for weekends. After work was done , I found out the unit Precision sold me and charged over $900 dollars, I could have bought at Lowes for less than $200.00.

Same day, quick appointment. Recommend a new opener & tech was very nice & knowledgeable. With that being said, we're gonna probably shop around.... feel like price is kinda high for just the opener but if quotes are comparable we'd definitely go with precision.

Precision was able to get out to our house in less than 24hrs for a problem with our garage door opener. They had the parts right there on the truck and were able to replace the required pieces within a couple of hours. The service was fast, friendly and a great price.

Once technician arrived, he was very professional, friendly, polite and extremely efficient. He provided me with the cost of the needed repair, and proceeded to make the repairs in a very quick manner. After the repair was made he suggested other things that should be addressed in the future and preventive maintenance suggestions, without any pressure. I have a bad feeling about this appointment - kind of like I was ripped off especially when tech insisted on me following his "recommendations" that I needed some nuts and bolts tightened for $185.00! When I said that I didn't need that I felt really pressured to agree - and he kept saying that was his recommendation and then he said well prefacing it with if I would let him finish when I interrupted to say I really didn't' need that -he said he would tighten the sensors for free instead of $50.00 when that was all I needed. so basically the job went from 165.00 to over 250.00- and the receipt says nothing about the sensors. I didn't need new sensors. I just needed them to be realigned... do the techs get commission? I'm not sure I would use this company again.

My garage door broke on a Saturday night. I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day, yay! Eric arrived early for my scheduled appointment. He was courteous and professional. He answered all my questions, encouraged me to ask anything and explained everything he was going to do. He repaired my garage door quickly. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door and will use them again if the need arises. Very satisfied.

One of the springs broke on my garage door making it unusable. Called and a technician was scheduled for that morning. The technician called to say he was in route and arrived ahead of schedule. Assessed the problem and performed 25-point inspection. Detailed what he found and presented total cost to repair with line item on each part including labor. In addition, he identified two problems with the cables and door sensors which I had requested to take of any potential problems. My technician was polite and professional. Performed work in a timely manner
