It was a Saturday and my car was " trapped " in the garage, the door spring broke... couldn't even lift it manually. My neighbor told me to call Precision..long story short.. technician Kyle was here in a short wait, assessed the options clearly with no pressure and successfully repaired the door. Technician arrived about one hour after I called. Checked out the entire system and determined that everything looked good except for the 24 year old Sears opener! Didn't make sense to repair a unit old. Technician systematically removed old unit and installed a new one, checking that it worked perfectly. Job well done !
