Technician Brent arrived on time (actually a bit early) answered all my questions, and then proceeded to promptly adjust the door track. Did several runs of the travel to insure it rose and lowered correctly. Lubricated all hinges and springs and even gave me an estimate of the remaining life in the springs!

This time to replace door springs on a door that was installed by someone else just over a year ago. Both times everything was explained up front, and I was given a choice of good, better and best. I called my regular garage door service company and they were not even open on the weekend. I called your company and they squeezed me in. Brandon was awesome. I only called because my garage door wasn't operating correctly but when he looked at it he informed me that the chain was ready to break. I think it's awesome that he had all the products on hand and replaced my opener and rollers in less than 2 hours.

Efficient professional service. I called on a Saturday around 12:30pm and a service tech was at my house by 1:15pm. Several rollers had come off the track and the cables were frayed and broken. Part of the door was hanging down. Brandon knew exactly what to do and had it fixed in less than 30 mins. He was very efficient and professional. This is the second time I have used them, replaced broken spring first time. Service is excellent. Plan to use them to replace the door soon.
