Ryan was very professional and did his best to help repair garage door and garage door opener install. However, due to the age of my system (17 years old) he was unable complete. Overall, the whole process from the appointment to the service run was a great experience and I will not hesitate to refer your company or call to have the work done that he proposed in the future.

Efficient, organized, clean and friendly. The total cost was more than I had estimated, however, most of that was due to "contractor"/sub par parts initially installed. I called at 0900 and Brent was working on the door by 1120. Good service, quality parts and friendly employees. Definitely a good business plan.

Look no further for all your garage door needs. Service techs,Tommy Gatlin and Ryan arrived on time. They immediately began evaluating my problems which included a very dangerous spring problem. They walked me through all the problems with my door and what was needed to correct them. No high pressure sales,just suggestions on actions and alternative solutions needed. Brent pointed out that the one spring for a large door as I have should have 2 springs and the cables were worn. I am the 3rd owner and don't believe anything has been done since 80's to springs, etc. Brent was professional and quickand also explained things well. I also bought a 3rd opener. Thanks!

Brent did a great job! He's a very hard work and very personable as well. He overhauled the entire door (wheels, springs and cables) and installed a new garage door opener in about 2-1/2 hours. Brent was prompt and professional, and had my repairs done within 45 after arrival. My door works better now than it did before the spring broke. After a quick analysis, Brent suggested an overhaul due to the condition of other parts on the door. I did spend more than originally planned, however, more repairs were necessary, and the quality speaks for itself. A pain free process!

Late one Sunday afternoon, I came home to find my remote controls and external keypad would not operate my garage door opener. The button inside the garage worked, and, I later found the remotes would work but only if I was standing under the opener itself. Collin came and diagnosed the problem quickly and installed an external receiver to prevent me from incurring the cost of a total unit replacement. A new keypad was also installed that later had to be replaced but Collin took care of it with a second service run and (this is the best part) at no extra charge! Thanks Precision and Collin for a great job at a reasonable price.
