The spring on our garage door broke on a Saturday. I called Precision Door and they sent Brett Schultheis to our house less than two hours later. The actual installation went smoothly and I appreciated the extra effort given to figuring out how to program the antiquated door opener!!! Went on line set up the appointment. Told the chat person what my problem was. Gave them requested information. Very easy process too. Was given a window when I would see the technician. He diagnosed the problem, that was easy though. Old motor wearing out and also opening on its own. Installed new equipment and had it working well in short order. Brent the tech seemed knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. At this point I am happy with Precision.

Our older chain drive door openers were worn badly. Precision Team came out and replaced our old openers with their belt version in a couple hours. These openers are really quiet and smooth, and their Tech support was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable of their products.
