I chose Precision for the affordability AND the detail of your website. It covers everything from how to get new garage doors, kinds of garage door openers and the difference between the springs. I also liked the fact that you give Bios on your technicians and their ratings that were given by other individuals. Zach Horback was the best. He was very thorough and explained everything he was doing. I asked a million questions. Zach made sure everything was working properly before he left. If something happens in the future I will definitely call Precision and ask for Zach.

I had the unfortunate need for a major garage door repair recently. But, fortunately....I chose Precision to do the work for me. They came out on the same day that I called and even sent a confirmation email letting me know the time and my techs name. My technician, Brett, was awesome. He was very knowledgeable and the nicest fellow. He did the work quickly and professionally all the while making me feel very comfortable with the repairs and the cost involved. Even had me laughing through the stress! I would highly recommend Precision if you have an unfortunate situation like I did. Thanks Precision and Brett!

Brett Schultheis was absolutely wonderful! Gave me a courtesy call, was perfectly on time. Very friendly and respectful. Very funny and knowledgeable about the products. He quickly figured out what was wrong and quoted me a price with options. I was really worried that because I have never had the garage serviced before, I would be taken advantage of. From the day Derek came to give me an estimate to the closing of the newly hung garage door the professionalism of Precison garage's personnel was obvious. When I asked about an opener for my existing garage door and you immediately went to your truck and presented one I was sold. It is so nice to be presented with immediate action for a request. Precision Overheard Garage Door Service is the best service you'll find! They performed a "Tune Up" and installed a new outside keypad. They are prompt, courteous, professional and extremely accommodating. They back up their performed service and my garage door opener gave them a run for the money. It is now totally working and we were taught how to use the outside keypad. Try them, you'll have em back every year!

We just had routine maintenance and adjustments on our door so we would not have any problems. Precision came last time and did change bearings and pulleys when our cables broke. Precision is very professional and when he was delayed the office called. I appreciated that. The tech only replaced what was necessarye. He was efficient and very nice.

We decided to have an updated garage door installed with no particular company in mind. Found an add in the family savings magazine and decided to call. We usually do 3 estimates but my husband liked the sales person and the knowledge that he displayed so we decided on the spot to purchase the new door. The installer was also a very nice young man and didn't have any complications with the new door. I would give this company a 5 star rating with no problems and would recommend them to family and friends.

Service technician Tom was on time for the appointment. He did an assessment of what the root cause of my springs breaking. He had the parts on his truck and made the repairs very quickly. He took the time to explain to my wife what repairs were made and had her operate it while he was there so he could address any concerns she might have. I purchased the lifetime warranty for my door. It now is very quiet. I am very well satisfied with their services. I give them 5 Stars for their service.
