Our garage door made strange sounds when in use. Bill Schultheis came to our rescue. Installed springs, rollers, and cable things. Our garage door is now quiet. Bill is very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and will answer all questions in a friendly manner. He is very good at explaining how a garage door should work and the garage door components.

My garage door would not open So my daughter called the Louisville office about 5:00 p.m. They sent a technician within a couple of hours and were very thorough in identifying the problem. The technician worked until after 11:00 p.m. to complete the repairs. He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I was able to sleep well knowing we were safe and secure.

The cable had broke on my garage door and the cable rollers were old and worn out. Not only did the techician (Zach) fix the issue, he went above and beyond to put new life in a very old, wood garage door. Extremely happy and eventually will replace garage door in the future from Precision. FIVE STARS! My HIGHEST recommendation goes to Precision and their professional service technician Brent! He contacted me early, arrived and gave me a range of options for my door. I could replace the spring and it would be fine, or I could choose to upgrade a few pieces of the system for a reasonable price with a warranty. I now have a door that works great with a warranty for a terrific price! Understand sales, it's refreshing to have an honest person explain your options without any pressure.
