I was very pleased with the service I received today. Precision was recommended to me by a friend who had used them. The technician was at my home within an hour after I called. He replaced the springs on my garage door in about 20 minutes. He was extremely professional, very polite and answered all my questions. I will certainly recommend Precision to my friends.

Brent arrived within the estimated time period. He introduced himself right away and went to work. He was very thorough in explaining and correcting the problem. He then did maintenance on the system and explained it as he went. Since the system was in place when I bought the house I had no understanding of it and Brent took time to explain and answer my questions. He made some recommendations on improving the system but was not pushy about it at all. Al in all I was very satisfied with the service I received.

I was pleasantly surprised that their quote was considerably lower than the next closest quote. My installer Terry Luck was very efficient. I was very happy with the service I received from Precision Door Service. Brandon was on time and finished the repairs very quickly. I liked that they guaranteed to be there in 2 hours and when I got an email confirming my appt. it included a picture of who to expect, so I would know my repairman beforehand. We had a broken spring and this is the second time this has happened since we moved into this house (10 years ago). The first time this happened we used a company that only gave a 90 day warranty. I love the piece of mind that it includes a lifetime warranty and he made sure all the other parts (cables, pulleys etc.) were also replaced. Excellent job!

I had no idea there was a company that repaired garage doors on a Sunday. I found Precision after an Internet search and was extremely pleased to be able to make an appointment for the same day!! The rep I spoke with was very friendly. The technician arrived early, explained everything thoroughly before getting started and was very cordial. Derek Hawk arrived after a phone call. he was very knowledgeable telling me about my existing garage door opener. Told me the price of a new chain driven or belt driven garage door opener and when I decided on the belt driven garage door opener he installed it. The garage door was exactly what I was looking for and more. The Installation was awesome and the install and quote technician were very helpful and courteous. However I never really heard much at all from the office personel once my deposit was taken. I had to call and make my own appointment and check any updates as far as door being delivered.
