The response time was unbelievable and the quality of service was impeccable. The service technician preformed the service requested and thoroughly checked all of the components on all of the doors and didn't try to sell unneeded items or services. This is the second time using this company and I will continue to use them and would refer this company to family and friends.

Service engineer was knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. No complaints here. Pricing on parts/labor was about as expected, even with a full rebuild of all mechanical parts on the door being performed (minus the motor/drive system). Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the work that was done today!

Blake was on time and very professional. He explained all levels of repair so that we could understand the process. We took the upgrade and had the rollers and cables replaced along with adding a second spring. The upgrade also comes with a lifetime warranty on parts. Thank you!

Replaced roller springs went ahead and did a up grade on springs and replace the rollers. spent a little more than expected but the warranty made up for the extra cost along with the military discount. On time and quality work

Outstanding job Chance! He was able to arrive a little earlier than dispatch projected. Chance replaced our broken springs and discovered a plastic bearing that should never have been installed when the garage door was first installed years ago. He replaced that bearing and serviced the door rollers. Now, instead of hearing the garage door open across the house, we only hear it if we are in the garage itself. Wonderful job!

Brett was professional, kind and skillful. He explained my options for repair of a door that could not be raised manually so repairing it in a timely manner was imperative for me personally. I appreciated his call to let me know he was on the way as I live outside the metro Louisville area. Once I chose what I wanted to do he repaired the door very quickly. I liked that payment for services had the check or credit card option. Also Brett was empathetic to my dilemma as I am a recent widow.
