Although the news wasn’t all good, and a new opener unit will be in a near-future budget, Josh was absolutely awesome. He did everything by the book, yet gave me options to save a little money. He worked quickly yet methodically, happily explaining what he was doing. I am completely happy with my experience with your company and with Josh!

My only complaint is I am unable to print invoice for my file and will not be provided a hard copy. It should say what was replaced.

5 I was disappointed in not being able to have $10.00 discount for seeing your ad in yellow pages and online $15.00 coupon. The were very quick in fixing issue. Dwayne and Josh W. were the techs. Very funny but yet polite and up front with me.

David arrived respectfully early for our appointment, did an excellent and through inspection, explained what he recommended to repair our garage door, and why. He also clearly explained the pricing options, and the cost was quite reasonable. He was quite professional and courteous; and worked expediently to complete the repairs to our garage door. We will definitely utilize Precision services for any and all of our future garage door work.

Chance is very nice and eventually performed a check of my opener. However, I didn’t appreciate his immediate sales pitch to replace my opener before testing or inspection.

Great service! Had an emergency on a Saturday and they were there ASAP and made the repairs fast and affordable! Communication from the installer David as well as communication from the office was great. Emailed pics of the serviceman that was coming so we’d be prepared.

Very responsive and I liked the guy that came out. However there was no service performed. I am not sure why I should pay for a service call in which when he came in to service my garage; I was told immediately that my situation could not be fixed by Precision. He recommended and show me new garage doors. This is why the three rating. I would be more satisfied if I was told the $65 that I paid for the service call would be credited toward a new door; if I chose to purchase door from Precision.

George was unfriendly, non communicative to the point of being rude and seemed like he was not happy to be here. Two days later the door stopped working, so I had to call for another service call. The only reason I called Precision in the first place is that they give a senior discount. We will see if Josh Wright is any better at fixing it.

My new garage door is the talk of the town. See it at 1216 Abbeywood Rd. St. Mathews, Louisville 40222. Josh designed it, and Kevin installed it. Metal and glass! Black and white! Better than I imagined. Puts my 1968 brick ranch in the 21st century. Fabulous!!!

Installation went fine BUT I gave very explicit instructions for payment and it was ignored. This was a fathers day gift and I confirmed with the installer that he was to call me for payment, he did not and accepted a check from my father..I was your customer not my dad!! I offered my credit card info in advance twice and was told no..the difference in the estimate and the final bill was 130.00, he called me to get that approved.I have No.issue with the amount of the final bill

Your technician George did a fantastic job, quickly and efficiently while being very polite. He pointed out areas of concern especially the main bearings on the shaft holding the heavy springs for my 20+ year-old garage door system. He quickly replaced the springs, the bearings and the rollers on the door. Thank you
