My door spring broke on a Saturday. I had previously used another door company and remembered the name, but couldn't leave an email or text message because there was a problem with their website, so I called and left a message. My son had used Precision so I checked their website. I was able to chat with a representative on Saturday evening and schedule an appointment for Monday at noon! Their technicians were in uniform with a nice Precision van. They did the repair quickly and gave me options. Then with more technology...they were able to take my payment on an iPad and sign on an iPhone. Their technology really gives them the advantage over the competitors!!

The technician, John, was on time, called me prior to his arrival as I had requested, and offered me three different pricing options regarding the repair of my garage door. We were extremely pleased with Precision. We did minimal research RE: Overhead Garage Door, Installation, Repair, and Motor. After calling around for quotes upon our overhead garage door motor going out. Precision gave us the most reasonable quote considering our needs. We appreciated the honest-broker Pete (our installer) was and he never attempted to oversell us. Other companies did. We actually purchased extra upgrade items because we save money because Precision advised our overhead garage door is still in good shape.
