Brett was professional, kind and skillful. He explained my options for repair of a door that could not be raised manually so repairing it in a timely manner was imperative for me personally. I appreciated his call to let me know he was on the way as I live outside the metro Louisville area. Once I chose what I wanted to do he repaired the door very quickly. I liked that payment for services had the check or credit card option. Also Brett was empathetic to my dilemma as I am a recent widow.

Garage was broken and would not close this morning. Cables got tangled up and problem with rollers. I called in and by 1 in the afternoon Jeff was there and on it. He did a great job. The Precision website caught my attention while looking for garage door repair service. I liked the BBB rating, and the possibility of same day service. As no service was available on the day I called, I scheduled an appointment, and the service fee was waived(as advertised). I was very pleased with the service. Jeff Goff was here at the time he told me. He replaced the springs in a timely manner. I'm a single mom of a special needs child and needed this fixed right away. My daughters bus picks her up in my driveway. Garage is the easiest way to get her to the bus.
