David arrived respectfully early for our appointment, did an excellent and through inspection, explained what he recommended to repair our garage door, and why. Chance is very nice and eventually performed a check of my opener. However, I didn’t appreciate his immediate sales pitch to replace my opener before testing or inspection.

Great service! Had an emergency on a Saturday and they were there ASAP and made the repairs fast and affordable! Communication from the installer David as well as communication from the office was great. Emailed pics of the serviceman that was coming so we’d be prepared.

Very responsive and I liked the guy that came out. However there was no service performed. I am not sure why I should pay for a service call in which when he came in to service my garage; I was told immediately that my situation could not be fixed by Precision. He recommended and show me new garage doors. This is why the three rating. I would be more satisfied if I was told the $65 that I paid for the service call would be credited toward a new door; if I chose to purchase door from Precision.

George was unfriendly, non communicative to the point of being rude and seemed like he was not happy to be here. Two days later the door stopped working, so I had to call for another service call. The only reason I called Precision in the first place is that they give a senior discount. We will see if Josh Wright is any better at fixing it.

Installation went fine BUT I gave very explicit instructions for payment and it was ignored. This was a fathers day gift and I confirmed with the installer that he was to call me for payment, he did not and accepted a check from my father..I was your customer not my dad!! I offered my credit card info in advance twice and was told no..the difference in the estimate and the final bill was 130.00, he called me to get that approved.I have No.issue with the amount of the final bill

He pointed out areas of concern especially the main bearings on the shaft holding the heavy springs for my 20+ year-old garage door system.
