I would recommend Precision to anyone needing garage door services. I recently had my garage door opener replaced and I am extremely pleased with the both the opener and the price. The new opener is fantastic (and quiet). The Technician Kyle Cundiff was absolutely great. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my many questions. I highly suggest that anyone needing this type of service give Precision a call.

We called Precision Garage Door of Louisville because we were pleased with the excellent service we received in the past. Our 5 Star Performance Rating above says it all from the service we received in our our initial telephone call to ending with the professional business explanation and on-site inspection of our garage door. David Riedinger Technician does an excellent job in representing your company. The only objection we have is the wait time before the new door arrives.

I choose Precision because Cunningham Door said there was nothing they could do to repair the rubber seal at the bottom of my garage door.. The broken rubber seal allowed very cold air drafts into my garage.. I brought the house in 1994 and the garage door was installed by Cunningham.. Through the years I had Cunningham replace (once) the electric motor and on 2 or 3 other times to make adjustments--but they repeatedly told me they did not have the rubber seals at the bottom of their own garage door I brought from them in 1994--so I called Precision.. Josh was very professional and very nice and within an hour of his arrival the rubber seal was replaced.. I plan on calling Precision Door in the future for any garage door problem.. It was obvious that Cunningham Door wanted me to buy an entire new garage door.. Thank you, Precision Door for your quick very professional response!

Our mom recommended we use your company after she had excellent service from one of your technicians and they are older people. You treated them with such great respect we thought we would give you a shot too. We were not disappointed. John called us before hand to let us know he was in route, we didn’t have to wait the entire day and when he got there he was super nice, he was very friendly -even my pets liked him which is so so rare. Had some very good recommendations to explain to us the entire process, they gave us a breakdown of what the cost were and we went with the very best thing that was offered because we know there’s value in the work that was done and it has a warranty that backs it up and we trust in John. In this day and age, Customer service really is what sells the product but the product itself is so good it almost doesn’t need it but with John it’s a perfect combination. I feel like our product will last for a very long time and I trust in the warranty that we were told about as well. We got the rollers replaced on our very old original house just in case you needed to know

Our garage door broke and we needed to get it repaired ASAP. Called late in the evening and was told that someone could be at our house first thing the next morning. Received a call that the technician was on his way. Josh arrived promptly on time and was very professional. Examined the issue with our door and explained the problem. Within minutes he provided a quote for repairs and once I approved, he went to work getting the door repaired. The work was done professionally and our door works much better than it did before he arrived. My thanks to Josh and Precision for the prompt service and professionalism.

Couldn't ask for a more positive experience. The appointment confirmation with picture of the technician was comforting. He gave me a choice of repair options. I believe he did extra work (improving the mechanism) beyond the letter of the contract. I would call Precision again and recommend Precision to friends. Service exceeded expectations - thank you.
