Brett was professional, kind and skillful. He explained my options for repair of a door that could not be raised manually so repairing it in a timely manner was imperative for me personally. I appreciated his call to let me know he was on the way as I live outside the metro Louisville area. Once I chose what I wanted to do he repaired the door very quickly. I liked that payment for services had the check or credit card option. Also Brett was empathetic to my dilemma as I am a recent widow.

The technician was fast, efficient, and clearly answered all my questions. I now understand what was wrong with the darn door. (The same thing happened as last time - about 8 months ago when you guys had come and fixed it for me. ) It decided to act up again. Let's hope it will stay OK for a while.

The Precision website caught my attention while looking for garage door repair service. I liked the BBB rating, and the possibility of same day service. As no service was available on the day I called, I scheduled an appointment, and the service fee was waived(as advertised). My technician actually showed up early, and completed my repairs quickly and to my satisfaction. My tech did an awesome job, way faster than I thought it would take to complete. I definitely recommend Precision.

I was very pleased with the service. Jeff Goff was here at the time he told me. He replaced the springs in a timely manner. I'm a single mom of a special needs child and needed this fixed right away. My daughters bus picks her up in my driveway. Garage is the easiest way to get her to the bus.

Yes we were very satisfied with the service. Brent was a very respectful young man and explained everything to us. He didn't coerce us into buying the more expensive spring or warranty. We would highly recommend Precision to anyone that needs help in our Community. We had a broken spring and he put on a new cable and rollers
