I am very happy with my service! I called on Sunday, received a same day appointment, and they came earlier than the time I was given. The operator was courteous and knowledgeable. She also made extra effort to get me that same day appt, calling the tech to see if it was possible. The technician that came out was extremely nice, explained my options, quickly fixed my door. My car was trapped in the garage when the door spring broke. I called Precision and they sent Chance within a couple of hours. Chance took the time to explain what he believed was needed in addition to replacing the springs. He was very honest about our 16 year old builder grade garage door opener and said that we could have a couple more years of life left since it had never given us a problem. Because he was not high pressure, we chose to replace the opener as well as the other necessary repairs. I will highly recommend Precision and Chance.

Our keypad hasn't worked for a few years. Brett came and fixed it in a flash! He also replaced the rollers and our garage sounds brand new! He went above what was needed! He was professional and a pleasure to have at our home!

Contacted Precision based upon their reviews on Angie's List and Home Advisor. Technician was prompt and able to answer all our questions. Install of a replacement door opener was done prompt. We are having them complete another one on a couple days.

Your technician, Zach called me promptly 20 minutes before his scheduled time and arrived 5 min early. He came in and showed me the components and which ones were either good or more importantly the ones that were completely destroyed and also the ones that to be replaced as preventative maintenance. Zach was very knowledgeable, proficient and clean(he cleaned up after his self. He explained everything well and had our door repaired, working better than ever, cleaned up and the job was completely. I called 3 companies to estimates for a new garage door and opener. One gave a quick estimate, but it was $500 high. One took over a week to give the estimate, and it was $200 high. Precision had immediate response, came on Saturday to estimate, had the best price, communicated clearly throughout the process, and the installer did a great job.

Zach was at my home yesterday evening. My spring broke on my door over the weekend. I went to the Precision website and was very impressed. Zach arrived on time. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. My garage door had numerous problems and we looked at the option of repairing it or buying a new door. After looking at it and having it explained I opted for a new door. I will have my new door next week. He was very helpful in helping me choose a design. I would recommend him highly to anyone.

My garage door failed on a Sunday afternoon. I went to the Precision Overhead Garage Door website. I opened a chat session and was greeted right away. I was given a Monday morning appointment. The tech came as scheduled, offered several service options, fixed the door (one major spring had broken, he had the parts he needed) and was finished in less than an hour. Very knowledgeable and pleasant. I would definitely use this company again!
