We were ready to go to church on Sunday morning when our garage door refused to open We called one company who told us that they would charge triple time to come out. We looked at the ads in the phone book and decided on your company. We had a serviceman in a couple of hours; he knew immediately what our problem was, but didn't have the part needed for our repair. He told us he would be back on Monday after noon. When he got here, he went right to work and did the job in about an hour. We were very pleased with the young man who did the work, and it seems to be working fine.

They were able to come the very next morning. When I returned home, my door was repaired and my keypad was installed. The best part was the bill, which was more than reasonable!!

I was able to get an appointment for the next day, even with calling after standard business hours. Zach called to let me know he was on the way. He gave me a thorough explanation of everything and answered all of my questions. He went above and beyond my expectations of service. Everything, including the price of my service was wonderful. Precision will be my first choice for all future garage door needs and will gladly be recommended to everyone I know.

Jeff was perfect. Called on his way. Perfect timing same day service. Installed a perfect product and adjusted the door and frame that wound up so unbelievably quiet once he was done I was shocked I ever tolerated the previous opener and door.

I would give more stars if I could. They were cheaper than other companies I was quoted from. Plus they were able to come out the same day. I found the installer to be extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We went over different options on repair and also preventative maintenance. Now my garage door is extremely quiet. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Great Customer Service in the new world where customer service is no longer important to many customers. I was floored that I received same day service on adding a new garage door opener. Brett was friendly and professional.

Brent was on time, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. You have earned our future business, well Brent has earned it for you. Good employees are hard to find and he knew his stuff. He enjoys working for precision and that says a lot about the kind of company you are running. While nobody WANTS to drop a couple hundred on a busted door it helps when it is explained clearly and without pressure. Keep up the good work.

My car was trapped in the garage when the door spring broke. I called Precision and they sent Chance within a couple of hours. Chance took the time to explain what he believed was needed in addition to replacing the springs. He was very honest about our 16 year old builder grade garage door opener and said that we could have a couple more years of life left since it had never given us a problem. Because he was not high pressure, we chose to replace the opener as well as the other necessary repairs. I will highly recommend Precision and Chance.
