We had used Precision several years ago at another home in the area and been totally satisfied. I decided to check with HomeAdvisor to confirm they were still in good standing. We called them and the response time was impressive. The following day they completed all the repairs and updates, including a new, very quiet opener. Opener, cables, spring, rollers, and reset the door.

These new doors and openers are the quietest ones ever! Even when I'm in the room above the garage (have a split-level house) I can barely hear the doors go up or down. Also the rooms above the garage feel a bit warmer too since the old doors weren't as well insulated. Thanks for a great product and service.

They arrived within the hour of us calling. The problem with door was a quick fix, no parts needed. Very fast, helpful, and honest, service tech very easily couldve tried to push a new part on us but showed us problem and suggested ways to work with it. Will call them in the future for sure when needed again!

We had a torsion spring break on the Friday before New Year. I called their 24 hour number and was immediately connected with a very helpful young lady who set up my appointment for the following day. Not only did the technician arrive early he then proceeded to repair my door very quickly and efficiently. The best part is the bill was very reasonable for a Saturday repair on a holiday weekend. Great service all around.

My only point of contention is that, even after two requests, you did not send me the itemized invoice from the appointment on December 8, 2016. My charge that day was $588.00 and I certainly deserved to know exactly what was done.

Today I had Precision Garage Door's technician Jeff come out to add tension to my garage door springs. He was prompt and on time and extremely professional and did a great job. Turns out we have a mutual friend which was pretty awesome and brought back some great memories. Back in September of 2016 my spring broke on the door and the ONLY company to answer my call with a real live human being (not an answering machine!) was Precision Garage Door. The CSR got a technician out the very next day and quickly replaced the springs, rollers, spools and cables in under an hour. Trust me, there's no garage door company out there that can compare to Precision Garage Door. They are there when you need them. Thank you for your help in my time of need. Quality parts, quality people and very professional and polite people. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door.
