These folks are the best! On time, professional, awesome warranty. I paid to have it overhauled about five years ago. A spring broke yesterday. They were out first thing this morning and replaced both springs free of charge. The technician knew what to do and didn't waste any time doing it.

Our older chain drive door openers were worn badly. Precision Team came out and replaced our old openers with their belt version in a couple hours. These openers are really quiet and smooth, and their Tech support was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable of their products.

Our garage door spring broke late on a Saturday night. I called early Sunday morning, and Brent showed up two hours later. Thirty minutes later the door was working again. Brent was quick and courteous. Should I ever need work done on the garage door again, I'll be giving Precision a call.

Very pleased with the service provided by your company today. I had the springs replaced on my overhead door, and thought for sure this would be a couple hour process. I was wrong. The technician that came to the house knew exactly what he was doing. All I had to do was point out the problem, and he knew what to do from there. He was done in 40 min.! Great guy, great attitude, and very knowledgeable. I will definitely call on you all again should the need arise, and will recommend you all to everyone I know. Thanks again!

Just had our broken spring replaced on our garage door, first one since door was installed in 1991. Brett Schultheis and his trainee Jeff were very professional and full of information. I had a problem with my garage door not staying closed. I just happened to get a flyer in the mail for Precision Garage company so I called them. The person who answered the phone was very pleasant. We worked out a time when the technician could come. It was the same day I called. My technician was Brent Halbur and he was outstanding. Called me before he came and when he arrived, he was very professional and very pleasant. He told me what to do in the future. I would definitely call this company again and would recommend them to all of my friends.

I replaced a 22 year old garage door opener, had the chains replaced by belts and purchased new remotes. The quietness of the new opener with the belts is amazing. The technician, Zach Hornback, was on time for the appointment, told me what the price of the job was and how long it would take him to install before he started. Tech was 15 min. past due, however, he had just completed a LARGE job in Louisville, and considering the traffic, It's a wonder he made as good a time as he did.
