The tech was on time, and seemed very knowledgeable about the product. I told him I was looking for a whole new garage door and opener. He gave me a price which I thought was a very good price. The installation should take place in one week. So far, I'm very pleased.

These folks understand and execute excellent customer care and service. Dispatched service tech in a day, Blake was on time, evaluated the situation and made recommendations for not just fixing the broken spring but long-term continuing use on a door that gets used a lot. He gave us the option to replace the springs, pulleys, cables and rollers. Yes, that sounds like overselling, but we didn't want to have to deal with further problems with over 14 yr old original parts that were obviously low budget. I will definitely be using these folks for any future garage door problems, which we hope to not have for many years.

We had used Precision several years ago at another home in the area and been totally satisfied. I decided to check with HomeAdvisor to confirm they were still in good standing. We called them and the response time was impressive. The following day they completed all the repairs and updates, including a new, very quiet opener. These new doors and openers are the quietest ones ever! Even when I'm in the room above the garage (have a split-level house) I can barely hear the doors go up or down. Also the rooms above the garage feel a bit warmer too since the old doors weren't as well insulated. Thanks for a great product and service.
