I had 2 Oakwood 200 10’x9’ doors installed. Although I had to way way too long for the delivery and install, I was pleased with the installer, and the job was well done. I haven’t quite conquered the wi fi option, the door(s) look nice, and operate as they should.

Thanks for your good service in replacing my openers and fixing the push button opener outside! Today when I came in and closed the door, I noticed that the light inside the opener's "operating box" remains on, and I cannot get it off -- no button seems to do it. I am afraid that bulb will go soon. Can someone please tell me how to turn it off? Many thanks. Martha Boltz

After initial repair of the opener it again would not work the first time I tried it. The technician on the second visit said the opener needed to be replaced. I asked for a rebate on the failed first visit but was denied. On appeal I was given a reprieve on labor only by the supervisor. I believe a rebate of the entire charge for the first visit which did not solve the problem would be fair, thus the bad rating.

What a great experience. Our garage door broke at 11:30 this morning and Precision was at our house at 1:30 this afternoon. Josh Wright the technician was super friendly, informative on what needed to be done, and didn't mind if I watched him do some of the work. We were truly impressed from the time I spoke with the office staff to when the technician left our house after completing the job. We needed 2 new panels and a new motor ASAP! Another company that was supposed to install these items kept giving us the run around on time frame to get it done but Precision came to look at the job one day and were able to get it installed and fixed by the next afternoon! The Technician, Joseph, was also very professional, knowledgeable, and extremely polite and courteous! Would hands-down recommend this company for any garage door needs!
