My garage door failed on a Sunday afternoon. I went to the Precision Overhead Garage Door website. I opened a chat session and was greeted right away. I was given a Monday morning appointment. The tech came as scheduled, offered several service options, fixed the door (one major spring had broken, he had the parts he needed) and was finished in less than an hour. Very knowledgeable and pleasant. I would definitely use this company again!

Brett was the technician that came to our home. He called and advised he would be at my home in about 10 minutes. He was there as he said and was very friendly and professional as soon as he got out of his truck. He did an excellent job and explained everything he did so I would understand easily. Awesome Job on a Very hot Sunday early afternoon…. Works like new. George was very professional and completed the overhaul quickly. I have had jack-legs repair this door before and the last one was out in April 2016, his repair lasted 3 months. So with getting the warrantee I hope to not have an issue again. GREAT JOB !!

My old garage company left me high and dry with a door that opened whenever a neighbor opened his door. Precision sent Brett out the same day I called. He was knowledgeable, quick and noticed issues that my old company missed. He installed a new operator, keypad, springs, bearings and new weather stripping. It's like a new door!

We had lightning hit out house and basically fried our garage door motor etc. Precision had installed our new door and opener 1 1/2 yrs ago. We were totally satisfied with our last experience so it was a given to call them back to help us out again. Brett was our technician this time and he was extremely professional, with a great personality and was such a positive representative of Precision. The new motor that was installed is amazing, even better than the last one we had, unbelievably quiet!!! We highly recommend Brett and Precision for garage products and repairs.

So very thankful for your professional guys and gals. Brent has been taking care of me (I believe) for the last few years. I made an appointment for a tune-up and also had an issue with the remotes and keypad not working together to lift the door. Brent must be one of the best company employees I have ever had the pleasure to have and work at my home. I am a veteran with head trauma so he is so sweet to explain things that most company employees would never do. I am treated as an appreciated customer vice a number.
