We had a torsion spring break on the Friday before New Year. I called their 24 hour number and was immediately connected with a very helpful young lady who set up my appointment for the following day. Not only did the technician arrive early he then proceeded to repair my door very quickly and efficiently. The best part is the bill was very reasonable for a Saturday repair on a holiday weekend. Great service all around.

Today I had Precision Garage Door's technician Jeff come out to add tension to my garage door springs. He was prompt and on time and extremely professional and did a great job. Turns out we have a mutual friend which was pretty awesome and brought back some great memories. Back in September of 2016 my spring broke on the door and the ONLY company to answer my call with a real live human being (not an answering machine!) was Precision Garage Door. The CSR got a technician out the very next day and quickly replaced the springs, rollers, spools and cables in under an hour. Trust me, there's no garage door company out there that can compare to Precision Garage Door. They are there when you need them. Thank you for your help in my time of need. Quality parts, quality people and very professional and polite people. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door.

I called about replacing my garage door opener and the technician came out with 30 minutes of the phone call. Jason was able to install the garage door opener that day. I found Precision Door Service one address ago, when a broken spring trapped my car in the garage. Now here I was again -- new address, same problem. As before, our tech was there the day I called. The repair was complete -- including replacement of one solidly frozen bearing -- and my car is once again free to travel. This was the third time I've called on the company. Precision Door Service also installed the new garage door opener here.
