Technician was a little late for the appointment but that was not a problem as I understand that the time is only arbitrary and sometime things case a delay. Brett was professional, kind and skillful. He explained my options for repair of a door that could not be raised manually so repairing it in a timely manner was imperative for me personally. I appreciated his call to let me know he was on the way as I live outside the metro Louisville area. Once I chose what I wanted to do he repaired the door very quickly. I liked that payment for services had the check or credit card option. Also Brett was empathetic to my dilemma as I am a recent widow.

Garage was broken and would not close this morning. Cables got tangled up and problem with rollers. I called in and by 1 in the afternoon Jeff was there and on it. He did a great job. The Precision website caught my attention while looking for garage door repair service. I liked the BBB rating, and the possibility of same day service. As no service was available on the day I called, I scheduled an appointment, and the service fee was waived(as advertised). My technician actually showed up early, and completed my repairs quickly and to my satisfaction. My tech did an awesome job, way faster than I thought it would take to complete.
