Your technician, Zach called me promptly 20 minutes before his scheduled time and arrived 5 min early. He came in and showed me the components and which ones were either good or more importantly the ones that were completely destroyed and also the ones that to be replaced as preventative maintenance. Zach was very knowledgeable, proficient and clean(he cleaned up after his self. He explained everything well and had our door repaired, working better than ever, cleaned up and the job was completely. I am completely happy for the job he did for us and would recommend your company and your tech Zach to everyone I know!!! Sincerely Todd Elzy

I called 3 companies to estimates for a new garage door and opener. One gave a quick estimate, but it was $500 high. One took over a week to give the estimate, and it was $200 high. Precision had immediate response, came on Saturday to estimate, had the best price, communicated clearly throughout the process, and the installer did a great job.

Zach was at my home yesterday evening. My spring broke on my door over the weekend. I went to the Precision website and was very impressed. Zach arrived on time. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. My garage door had numerous problems and we looked at the option of repairing it or buying a new door. After looking at it and having it explained I opted for a new door. I will have my new door next week. He was very helpful in helping me choose a design. I would recommend him highly to anyone.

So very thankful for your professional guys and gals. Brent has been taking care of me (I believe) for the last few years. I made an appointment for a tune-up and also had an issue with the remotes and keypad not working together to lift the door. Brent must be one of the best company employees I have ever had the pleasure to have and work at my home. My garage door failed on a Sunday afternoon. I went to the Precision Overhead Garage Door website. I opened a chat session and was greeted right away. I was given a Monday morning appointment. The tech came as scheduled, offered several service options, fixed the door (one major spring had broken, he had the parts he needed) and was finished in less than an hour. Very knowledgeable and pleasant. I would definitely use this company again!

Awesome Job on a Very hot Sunday early afternoon…. Works like new. George was very professional and completed the overhaul quickly. I have had jack-legs repair this door before and the last one was out in April 2016, his repair lasted 3 months. So with getting the warrantee I hope to not have an issue again. GREAT JOB !!
