Definitely a 5-star experience. Jeff was very professional and very sympathetic with everything I’m going through. He is coming back to replace my door next week, at my request. Otherwise, he probably would’ve fixed it today. I am pleased with the service thus far. I called last night, and Jeff came today. Thank you for being a great company.

Joe Kerstiens was the service person that worked on our garage door. He was very pleasant and professional. He inspected the door operation and replaced both springs. I am happy to have had the pleasure to meet Joe and very satisfied with the work performed. I have used Precision twice and have been very happy with both outcomes.

Courteous staff, quick response, open 24/7, actually made appointment with human assistance and not robo device. Steven Fey was kind young man that notified me as he was arriving and explained the problem and how to resolve. Good customer service is a rarity these days. Will definitely recommend to others.

I had 2 Oakwood 200 10’x9’ doors installed. Although I had to way way too long for the delivery and install, I was pleased with the installer, and the job was well done. I haven’t quite conquered the wi fi option, the door(s) look nice, and operate as they should.

Thanks for your good service in replacing my openers and fixing the push button opener outside! Today when I came in and closed the door, I noticed that the light inside the opener's "operating box" remains on, and I cannot get it off -- no button seems to do it. I am afraid that bulb will go soon. Can someone please tell me how to turn it off? Many thanks. Martha Boltz

From start to finish, this company delivers excellent service in every way. From the first meeting with the technician, John Reitnauer, to the installer, Craig Noe, it has been a very pleasurable experience. Communication was maintained throughout the entire process. Everyone was always on time when expected, and the installer went to great lengths to satisfy us. I have nothing but good things to say about the entire experience. We are very pleased, and would highly recommend this company. Good job!

After initial repair of the opener it again would not work the first time I tried it. The technician on the second visit said the opener needed to be replaced. I asked for a rebate on the failed first visit but was denied. On appeal I was given a reprieve on labor only by the supervisor. I believe a rebate of the entire charge for the first visit which did not solve the problem would be fair, thus the bad rating.

What a great experience. Our garage door broke at 11:30 this morning and Precision was at our house at 1:30 this afternoon. Josh Wright the technician was super friendly, informative on what needed to be done, and didn't mind if I watched him do some of the work. Will definitely call Precision in the future if I have any problems with my garage door. Precision is lucky to have a nice young man like Josh on their team. Thanks for the quick service and fair price.

We were truly impressed from the time I spoke with the office staff to when the technician left our house after completing the job. We needed 2 new panels and a new motor ASAP! Another company that was supposed to install these items kept giving us the run around on time frame to get it done but Precision came to look at the job one day and were able to get it installed and fixed by the next afternoon! The Technician, Joseph, was also very professional, knowledgeable, and extremely polite and courteous! Would hands-down recommend this company for any garage door needs! Thank you, Precision, for bringing back great customer service!

The team at Precision is very professional and service oriented. We are 100% pleased with all on the Precision staff that we had contact with. The selection and quality of the garage doors is excellent and priced competitively. The installation process was excellent to include both the quality of the installation and the minimal time needed to complete the installation.
