My husband and I are very satisfied with the service. The technician was able to come earlier than expected. He explained the problem and showed my husband the part that was defective. He also explained that there is a 10 year life span on the springs. We are very satisfied with the work, and the knowledge of the technician, Jeff Goff.

Technician Brett Schultheis 1. He was working like a Pro..!!! He replaced torsion Springs, side and middle bearings, end drums, cables and rollers with such a speed and ease, that I could easily see, how knowledgeable he is.... 2. I had a an issue of the annoying noise while opening and closing the door. But his advice for replacing the roller was fruit full..the door is now quite.. 3. He maintained his promise for appointment...it was raining heavily that day and as already 9:00 PM..I offered him an option of rescheduling the appointment, but he was positive to remidiate the garage door issue on that day only.. Thank You

Our garage door made strange sounds when in use. Bill Schultheis came to our rescue. Installed springs, rollers, and cable things. Our garage door is now quiet. Bill is very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and will answer all questions in a friendly manner. He is very good at explaining how a garage door should work and the garage door components.

My garage door would not open So my daughter called the Louisville office about 5:00 p.m. They sent a technician within a couple of hours and were very thorough in identifying the problem. The technician worked until after 11:00 p.m. to complete the repairs. He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I was able to sleep well knowing we were safe and secure.

The cable had broke on my garage door and the cable rollers were old and worn out. Not only did the techician (Zach) fix the issue, he went above and beyond to put new life in a very old, wood garage door. Extremely happy and eventually will replace garage door in the future from Precision. Garage door cables were broken. They were one of the only places that could come after 5 pm on a weekday without a huge advanced notice. I was very happy with the speed they got things fixed. The technician (Zach Hornback) was very professional and friendly. He even helped me reset my outside keypad.
