Appointment availability met my needs and schedule. Emailed appointment confirmation included the assigned technician's name & picture, Jeff Goff. Mr. Goff complied with my request that he call me when he was on his way. He arrived as predicted. Mr. Goff was polite, pleasant and professional. He thoroughly explained the source of the problem. I decided to follow his recommendation of replacing both the springs & rollers. Now my garage door not only opens, but it does so quietly. I will request Mr. Goff if/when I have any future overhead garage door needs.

We are very pleased with our new garage door and equally happy with the belt drive opener. The belt drive is very quiet and smooth operating. Jeff Goff was my serviceman, and he knew immediately what had to be done. The remote control was not opening the door automatically. He had the equipment necessary to fix the problem, and repaired it in less than an hour. He was very courteous and friendly, and I really appreciated his skillful and effective work.

My technician was Brent. I had both my garage opening mechanisms replaced, including sensors and keypads. Precision was there the same day, and it only took Brent 1.5 hours to do it all. Afterward he showed my how to set my keypads. Very satisfied with the service!

**** I was very satisfied with the service I received in installation of a new garage door. Your technicians worked around problems I had with an older garage. I was surprised, though, that the garage door did not include a handle for the door. The technician thought that I would be able to open and close the door with the automatic garage door opener that was in the garage, but that opener has not worked since I bought the house. He did not have a handle with him, so I had to wait for it to be installed. No one came back to install the handle so I called Jeff. He said they would schedule the handle to be installed but that it would be an additional charge! This was news to me, but it is the first garage door I have had to purchase, so maybe I just don't know these things. It should be explained up front to customers so they are aware of the extra charge. I waited 4 days and no one came, so I called your company and scheduled the door handle installation. I was not charged for the handle for which I am grateful, being retired and having to watch every penny. Except for the hiccup with the handle, I was satisfied with the service and the technicians were great!

The serviceman explained all my options, and even showed the sensors that were out of adjustment. Of course, the door worked perfectly while he was there, but he did perform maintenance and checked everything out. The next day, the problem came back, but I was able to adjust the sensors shown to me, and I was back in business. I will recommend you to anyone that I hear may need your help.
