Thank you very much to John and Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. We had a broken wire to the electronic eye at the bottom of the garage door. It was a simple fix. And John completed the task quickly, efficiently and courteously. However, we had been living without the ability to use our car's clickers to open the garage door for several weeks because we thought it would be a hassle to get it fixed. Not true. We called after 12PM. We got an appointment at 4PM. It was fixed by 4:15PM. Now, we are good to go. Thank you.

Quick fast and efficient. Couldn’t be happier with the service. Unfortunately I think I overpaid when I did some research.
Mr. Hicks, Thanks for taking the time to send us this review, and thanks for complimenting our quick, fast, efficient service. Those are three of our core goals here at Precision Door of Louisville. Another main goal is to offer our customers the best possible products and warranties available. We do offer standard cycle springs at a lower cost, but they come with significantly lower warranties, and will result in earlier breakage and costly return repair trips. We will come back and out the standard cycle springs up if you choose to call back and ask, but they will revert to a 2 year warranty. I hope this helps you understand our pricing better.

I’m so glad that I called Precision! They were able to come to the home the next day and David was FANTASTIC! He first called my Aunt and tried to walk her through a sensor adjustment before making the trip. He was very nice and great to work with. Thank you Precision!

The driver arrived early, he was very friendly and went right to work fixing my problem. My garage door would go up for no reason or it would stop half way going up or down. The problem was one of my openers. No problem. He programmed another opener and bingo no more crazy door and all works fine. Thank you for the prompt and friendly service. If I ever need my garage doors fixed I’ll be sure to call Precision to get the job done. Have a wonderful day. Thank you,’ Donna H. Fisherville, Kentucky
