They were also sure to let us know what future issues to look out for because of the age of our door/opener, so we wouldn’t be surprised. They were quick, courteous, and very easy to talk to! Five stars enough. Travis did an outstanding job of educating us on our garage door operation, changing our remote openers and upgrading our system. Can't recommend Precision enough. Had our cables replaced, replaced steel rollers with nylon rollers and Travis realigned our garage door and got everything tuned up. Fantastic service!

Another job well done by John. John listen to me. I had a hard time speaking since I had a minor Stroke. He understood everything I was saying, if he didn't he politely ask me to repeat it. I've had precision out 3 times. The first time was to put the new door up, second time was 9 years later was to replaced a broken spring, and today was a automatic height adjuster that works with a backup battery. Precision is a great Company that I would recommend strongly.

Jeremy was great. Had all the information quickly and got the quote together within a few minutes. However, when I called to place a deposit, the corporate office couldn't help me. First time I have ever had a company refuse to take my money.... Said someone would have to call me back. I own a business and would NEVER let this happen.

I found Precision through an Internet search looking for a company with good reviews for garage repair. I usually shop around and compare but five stars convinced me that this is who I needed to call. Dave and Zach were extremely courteous and professional from the phone call they made before arrival until they pulled out of the driveway. Our door was inoperable and off-balance and it works great. The workers offered helpful hints and advice as well, as they took the time to answer several questions that I had. While I hope to have no further need, I would call this company first without question.

Was not happy with the repair to my door. The spring was not loaded properly to balance the door saying I nee a new spring and repairs totaling 892.00. That is unacceptable.

Very professional service from David. He came in and quickly assessed the issue and performed a quick inspection of the garage door. He was very knowledgable and was training a new helper on his first day. Both gentlemen worked on the issue and had everything working well on the garage door within an hour. This is the second time we have used you to fix a garage door problem, and once again we are very satisfied with the technician and your response. We called Saturday morning of a HOLIDAY weekend and was scheduled for later that day (no extra charge). Technician John called ahead to let us know when he was on his way. What should have been a quick normal replacement of a broken cable was complicated by the age of my garage door and it’s very rusted out bolts. John stayed determined to get the job done, and done right, no matter the time. Before he left, he even took the time to provide estimates for both new doors and for the replacement of the existing hardware parts. Thank you John!

My garage door broke on a Saturday morning. Precision was there by Saturday afternoon to fix it. My service tech (En) was very professional, polite, and respectful.
