I am only seeking an estimate. I contacted you because you previously made repairs for me. Some repairs went ok, others not so well. Of the estimates I have received your's is the highest. Not significantly but enough to make a difference depending on the others I receive. Thank you.

Very personable techs listened to my problems and explained what they were going to do to fix. They adjusted the door as needed and were careful to be sure the door functions properly. I will certainly call Precision when further service or replacement is needed.

Kevin was an excellent hard working installer. He worked by himself putting up two garage doors at our house. One single door and one double door. He made sure all parts of the systems were working correctly and called the next day not only to collect the balance due but to also check to make sure the doors and openers were working correctly. I highly recommend them.

Six years ago I had Precision install a new door, rails, and opener. Best decision! The products are great and the service has been wonderful. Always on-time, professional, and get it right the first time. Just had them do a 'tune-up'. Door runs smoothly and silent. I highly recommend Precision to anyone needing either garage door service and/or a new door!

The technicians were very professional and courteous. They did a great job explaining everything! We were told it was just the logic board at first and unfortunately replacing it did not fix the issue. Sadly, both of the sensors had to be replaced and of course the price went up!!! :( but it’s understandable. I imagine it could always be worse!! I appreciate the quick response time and service of the gentlemen! Thank you.

Had service through Precision in years past. Service techs asked questions on garage door performance. Identified problem and ways to resolve. Reviewed quote with me before starting repair service. Friendly and engaging communication with both techs. A definite 5.

I chose Precision because of the online ratings and reviews. David called to say they were on the way. Within 15 minutes David and and an apprentice, Zach, arrived. Both were congenial, neatly dressed and wearing masks upon arrival. David explained the problem with the garage door opener so that I understood. He called the office for parts that weren’t on the truck and the problem was quickly eliminated. I would recommend either of these two gentlemen and Precision to all.

The price was too high and the only way to get the price I let the repairman have my grandson green machine ( like a big wheel) he then took 35$ off my bill. The same bill that he had no control to change just minutes before.

Found your company on line. Listed as service representative for Genie products. Everything went extremely well from the initial phone call to completion of project. The technician listened to my problem, asked a couple of questions, and then offered his solution. He explained everything he was going to do, and then demonstrated that his fix would indeed solve our problem. I asked for an evaluation of what things he would suggest we address to prevent future problems and he explained what and why. I am a retired Design Engineer and know when someone is knowledgeable and truthful. This young man was spot on with what he told me, and I had him perform all of the work he recommended Any future needs I have in this area will definitely will certainly be given to your organization.
