What a great experience. Our garage door broke at 11:30 this morning and Precision was at our house at 1:30 this afternoon. Josh Wright the technician was super friendly, informative on what needed to be done, and didn't mind if I watched him do some of the work. Will definitely call Precision in the future if I have any problems with my garage door. Precision is lucky to have a nice young man like Josh on their team. We were truly impressed from the time I spoke with the office staff to when the technician left our house after completing the job. We needed 2 new panels and a new motor ASAP! Another company that was supposed to install these items kept giving us the run around on time frame to get it done but Precision came to look at the job one day and were able to get it installed and fixed by the next afternoon! The Technician, Joseph, was also very professional, knowledgeable, and extremely polite and courteous! Would hands-down recommend this company for any garage door needs! I always call Precision as they always do their best to please and do not leave you with a very over the hill bill.
