Everything was done very professionally. Brent was on par with the time nessesaary to install opener. Brent also offered spring & roller replacement, without any pressure. Door & opener now operate very smoothly & quietly. I look forward to many years of being able to open & close door without all the racket. Anything garage door choose this company to do work.

Arrived right on time, looked at what needed to be done, discussed with me then went right to work. The spring had broken. It was done in 45 minutes. I highly recommend Precision!

Our technician, Brett, was very personable, easy to work with and very knowledgeable. I was not able to be there while the service was being performed but Brett called prior to arrival as promised, made my wife feel very comfortable and explained everything he would be doing while he was there. Brett did not hesitate to call me to address other issues he felt were important to insure that the garage door would be working more efficiently and much more quiet. His recommendations made sense, were easy to understand and true to his word the door now works better, and may I add much more quiet, than ever before. Job well done Brett !!! The actual installation went smoothly and I appreciated the extra effort given to figuring out how to program the antiquated door opener!!! Went on line set up the appointment. Told the chat person what my problem was. Gave them requested information. Very easy process too. Was given a window when I would see the technician. He diagnosed the problem, that was easy though. Old motor wearing out and also opening on its own. Installed new equipment and had it working well in short order. Brent the tech seemed knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. At this point I am happy with Precision.
