The cable had broke on my garage door and the cable rollers were old and worn out. Not only did the techician (Zach) fix the issue, he went above and beyond to put new life in a very old, wood garage door. Extremely happy and eventually will replace garage door in the future from Precision. Everyone who I encountered from Precision (representative who I first talked to on phone, techician who fixed the garage door) are more than a 5 star rating. Thanks!

FIVE STARS! My HIGHEST recommendation goes to Precision and their professional service technician Brent! He contacted me early, arrived and gave me a range of options for my door. I could replace the spring and it would be fine, or I could choose to upgrade a few pieces of the system for a reasonable price with a warranty. I now have a door that works great with a warranty for a terrific price! Understand sales, it's refreshing to have an honest person explain your options without any pressure.

Broken spring! Two vehicles trapped inside due to heavy commercial door. What's one to do? Ah, Google search! Tada, Precision to the rescue! !! My technician Zack Hornback was amazing. Not only did he replace my broken springs, he aligned my door and suggested nylon rollers. Whoa! What a difference. ..smooth as silk. Thank you Precision! And a special thank you to Zack!

My 91 year old Dad lives with us and the ramp to get in the house is in the garage, so it was VERY helpful to get the door fixed same day. I would recommend them!
