Kyle, the technician, was very friendly and informative during his service time. He was able to repair the garage door by getting the panels back into the track. Very timely and communicative leading up to the the appointment. I would recommend Precision and will be using for any future needs!

Precision Door's technician, Cam, arrived ahead of schedule. He was professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He did a complete check of our problem (door was not closing as it should the day before, but seems to work fine today--don't you hate it when that happens?). So, since we bought that opener from Professional in December of 2023 (thirteen months or so back) he didn't charge us for this visit since there was no problem--but said, "If you call us back tomorrow, there will be a service charge." Friendly, on time, professional . . . what more could you ask for? When we decide to replace our 18-year old door, I know who I'm calling!

What a fantastic company! Precision garage door really came through in my time of need! I mistakenly closed our garage door when the trunk of our car was open causing it to misalign and not open or close. This happened on Sunday! I called never thinking I would speak to anyone but I did and the Precision rep scheduled a service tech to come out first thing Monday morning. They followed up and were here on time as promised. Kyle the service tech was fantastic! Professional, courteous, competent and careful were just some of the adjectives I would use to describe him and his work. Needless to say he fixed it and it is working better than ever. Thank you Kyle and thank you Precision. It is reassuring to know that there are still some great companies out there who are willing to do what it takes to get the job done right and reassure their customers that they made the right choice with Precision Garage Doors. Got home from work and my garage opened but I noticed my wheel popped off, so I called them after 6 pm and a live person answered. They scheduled me for today first thing.
