Along with identifying the issue he checked the remotes for proper service and re-educated me on the wall panel, especially the lock and unlock button. We had to go to some lengths to contact Precision Door Garage Service because we had misplaced our 2012 Invoice. Having been pleased with that service we wanted this company to help us again. Our technician, Chance, came on time and immediately diagnosed our problem. He also recommended replacing our door "rollers" as a means of solving one of our concerns. He tolerated my watching him go about his work and that did not reduce his efficiency or courtesy. We will definitely call on this company again if we have difficulty. We strongly recommend Chance and were pleased to know that we can call on him if he is available in the future when we need help.

I have used Precision Door twice in the last year, the installation of a Garage Door Opener and a separate installation for new torsion springs. Their tech reps. are efficient, arrive on time and clean up. Precision is not the least expensive contractor out there for this type of work, but when a problem developed for me, the Owner jumped in to resolve it
