We had a referral from another neighbor in our subdivision. Levi came on time was very nice and polite. He checked out our situation and seemed very knowledgeable. He ended up replacing the springs, a bracket and lubricated the wheels. Now our garage door is working better and is much quieter. We would use Precision again in the future.

Called Precision and they were able to get a technician out the same day to fix my garage door that was not working. Very professional in handling the situation and letting me know before they did the work what they were doing and what it was going to cost. Five stars for sure and will call them again, if I ever have problems with my door again!!

I started my research on the installers in Louisville with the best reputation and came up with Precision. Shortly after entering our information on their web site, a representative from Precision called and set up a preliminary appointment. At the appointed time, a Precision technician, Jeff Gott arrived and quickly assessed our situation. (We wanted to replace two, old and noisy chain-drive openers.) He recommended and discussed the PDS800 as our best option, to which I agreed. He was able to give me a quote on the spot and even could have done the installation right then (but we were't quite ready). Jeff himself returned three days later. He was quick (it took about 2.5 hours for the whole job), efficient and cleaned up after himself. When he was finished he walked me through the use of the openers, helped me program the wireless key pad on the outside of the door, and even programmed the Home Connection in my automobile. Very professional. So far we are delighted with our very quiet new garage door openers!

My garage door broke early friday morning(with car inside), I had Dr. appt., was able to get help from neighbor. I called, the receptionist was professional and friendly and was able to tell me that I would receive service between 3-5 pm.
