I called Precision at 8:00 AM when our garage door spring broke. They came out and replaced it by noon the same day. I wasn't sure if it was covered under warranty or not because I couldn't find the original paper work. They had all the warranty details on their computer and replaced everything for free. They didn't even charge for the service call. Incredible customer service!

I picked your company because of its acclaimed history. My garage door remotes, the keyless garage wallmount, the car remote, & sometimes the indoor keypad, would periodically give me problems. I tried to reset it, but still could not program the remotes, and I am so glad I decided to call you guys. Kyle showed me a problem he found with the rollers, creating wobbling of the door on opening or closing, & explained the older circuit board had weakened, & also talked to me about the springs. I decided to replace it all, with his recommendation, simply because it would last longer, & not affect the door, which was a possibility from the wobbling rollers. He also explained oiling, showed me where, & recommended annual maintenance checks. Kyle stayed into the evening, & got it running that same day! I just wanted it to work! Thanks for your quick & efficient service!

I give Precision Door Service a rating of 5 stars. I purchased the home at 8507 Wyndstar Place Louisville, KY knowing that the current garage door opener was faulty and needed to be replaced. I searched the web lookiing for overhead garage door vendors. Your web site was very professionally done and contained good information about garage doors. I scheduled the appointment for the afternoon of December 11, 2019. The appointment was scheduled for between 12 - 2PM on that day. John, the service man called me about 12:10PM and told me he would arrive in 15 minutes. He arrived about 12:30. and we discussed the various possibilities. John was very knowledgeable and friendly. I enjoyed speaking with him. He went about his business and by 2:30PM, he packed up his stuff and left. I now have a nice new, quite garage door opener and springs with a good warranty. Thanks John. I would highly recomend Preceision door service.

Our garage door went off it's track and the guide rails became bent. We called Precision first thing the next morning and they were at our house within an hour. They repaired everything and replaced some parts. The technician was courteous, honest and efficient. What more can you ask for. I'd call them again if any other problems occur.
