Quick fast and efficient. Couldn’t be happier with the service. Unfortunately I think I overpaid when I did some research.
Mr. Hicks, Thanks for taking the time to send us this review, and thanks for complimenting our quick, fast, efficient service. Those are three of our core goals here at Precision Door of Louisville. Another main goal is to offer our customers the best possible products and warranties available. We do offer standard cycle springs at a lower cost, but they come with significantly lower warranties, and will result in earlier breakage and costly return repair trips. We will come back and out the standard cycle springs up if you choose to call back and ask, but they will revert to a 2 year warranty. I hope this helps you understand our pricing better.

The driver arrived early, he was very friendly and went right to work fixing my problem. My garage door would go up for no reason or it would stop half way going up or down. The problem was one of my openers. No problem. He programmed another opener and bingo no more crazy door and all works fine. Thank you for the prompt and friendly service. No repair preformed.A few squirts of WD40 and fooled with some wires. It seemed his goal was to sell me a new opener and anything else he could add on.I have been in business 40+ years and see this a lot.He seems like a nice person and always addressed me as Sir.This run should have taken 15 minutes they were there more than a hour.Your man is a heavy smoker and smoked on the job. in the garage,in the driveway and in his truck where it seemed he spent most of his time.
Mr Dreher, We are sorry that we could not duplicate the problem you were having after our thorough 25 point safety inspection, and therefore did not recommend any repairs. We did note that your opener was significantly older than typical lifespan, and did offer/ recommend replacement. We did perform a free lubrication with our own proprietary lube at no charge as a courtesy. We thank you for bringing our technicians' smoking on the job to our attention. Our policy is that our employees only smoke in their vehicles, if at all. He has been counseled.

I was backing out of the garage and instead of hitting a "light" I hit the car garage door button. The garage door hit part of the car, bounced back up but would no longer work. On a recommendation from a neighbor I called Precision. Josh came out in less then 2 hours and repaired the track to the door. I did not expect such prompt service on Friday afternoon. Between the prompt service and Josh's professional and kind demeanor, I recommend Precision.

Why I went with Precision, after contacting 3 - 4 service related companies (Overhead Door Repair Companies) I was struck with the professionalism demonstrated by Precision over the phone and the very professional website presentation online. Found Precision a few yrs ago when we needed our small door repaired. Had such a great experience we called them first when the big door needed an overhaul. I love this company! I had problem with my garage door for some time, as it had become too noisy to the point that it was embarrassing. I contact a garage door service company on line who just checked it briefly and sprayed the frame of the door etc. That did not really work and I still had problem. I am so glad that I called your company and lucky to get En Womack. He came over on January 21st, 2020, was very detailed oriented, knowledgeable, polite and caring and knew what he was doing.
