I have a bad feeling about this appointment - kind of like I was ripped off especially when tech insisted on me following his "recommendations" that I needed some nuts and bolts tightened for $185.00! When I said that I didn't need that I felt really pressured to agree - and he kept saying that was his recommendation and then he said well prefacing it with if I would let him finish when I interrupted to say I really didn't' need that -he said he would tighten the sensors for free instead of $50.00 when that was all I needed. so basically the job went from 165.00 to over 250.00- and the receipt says nothing about the sensors. I didn't need new sensors. I just needed them to be realigned... do the techs get commission? I'm not sure I would use this company again.

My garage door broke on a Saturday night. I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day, yay! Eric arrived early for my scheduled appointment. He was courteous and professional. He answered all my questions, encouraged me to ask anything and explained everything he was going to do. He repaired my garage door quickly. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door and will use them again if the need arises. Very satisfied.

I chose Precision Service because I had seen their TV ads. My garage door was having trouble closing because raccoons had gotten into my garage and damaged the wiring. The consultant on the phone was friendly and helpful. She set up an appointment on the same day. The technician arrived right on time and was very knowledgeable. He fixed the wiring very quickly and tested the function of the opener to my satisfaction. My only complaint about the service was the cost- it was a lot more than I expected. He only worked on it for about 30 minutes and charged $251. But I guess that goes with the times.

We have used Precision Garage Doors for years and they have repaired and replaced parts as needed over the decades. I was offered several services more than the initial order that I found to be time-saving if I had it replaced now instead of a few years from now. Response time was good considering my remote stopped working and I had to leave open my garage at night. The technician was very knowledgeable and I had complete confidence in him. Springs an cables were examined for safety.

When the Kyle arrived for the repair, he performed a safety inspection on the door and provided us a clear and professional evaluation of our repairs. My garage door spring broke on a Friday night with my vehicle trapped inside. I called Precision Door and they said they could have a technician out the next morning. My technician arrived a little after 8:00, replaced both springs and performed other replacements as needed. Kyle was fantastic, a really personable, genuine nice guy. I’m have serious concerns with the knowledge and quality of work. I called Precision to do regular maintenance and install and program a remote keypad. Wasn’t able to program a new remote and 10 days later a spring snaps and Precision charges me over $1100. to fix it. I’ve never had an issue with this over head door until Precision messed with it. Not Happy.
