I was very happy with the service I received from Precision Door Service. Brandon was on time and finished the repairs very quickly. I liked that they guaranteed to be there in 2 hours and when I got an email confirming my appt. it included a picture of who to expect, so I would know my repairman beforehand. We had a broken spring and this is the second time this has happened since we moved into this house (10 years ago). The first time this happened we used a company that only gave a 90 day warranty. I love the piece of mind that it includes a lifetime warranty and he made sure all the other parts (cables, pulleys etc.) were also replaced. Excellent job!

Derek Hawk arrived after a phone call. he was very knowledgeable telling me about my existing garage door opener. Told me the price of a new chain driven or belt driven garage door opener and when I decided on the belt driven garage door opener he installed it. He explained all the working of the new door and even programmed my van garage door opener feature. I was extremely satisfied and would recommend Precision.

The garage door was exactly what I was looking for and more. The Installation was awesome and the install and quote technician were very helpful and courteous. However I never really heard much at all from the office personel once my deposit was taken. I had to call and make my own appointment and check any updates as far as door being delivered.

I was very pleased with the service. Brandon, the technician, looked over the door which was off it's rails, and had a broken spring. Brent came out Monday morning 10 degrees outside. He quickly assessed the situation and provided multiple options with pricing.
