Ryan was very professional and did his best to help repair garage door and garage door opener install. However, due to the age of my system (17 years old) he was unable complete. Brent pointed out that the one spring for a large door as I have should have 2 springs and the cables were worn. I am the 3rd owner and don't believe anything has been done since 80's to springs, etc. Brent was professional and quickand also explained things well. I also bought a 3rd opener. Thanks!

Brent did a great job! He's a very hard work and very personable as well. He overhauled the entire door (wheels, springs and cables) and installed a new garage door opener in about 2-1/2 hours. Brent did an excellent job repairing the broken spring on the garage door. He explained what he needed to do to take care of the issue. After he repaired the broken spring and the door opener, he made sure everything worked properly and cleaned up the area. I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone and will use their service again if I need to.
