I called my regular garage door service company and they were not even open on the weekend. I called your company and they squeezed me in. Brandon was awesome. I only called because my garage door wasn't operating correctly but when he looked at it he informed me that the chain was ready to break. I think it's awesome that he had all the products on hand and replaced my opener and rollers in less than 2 hours.

Efficient professional service. I called on a Saturday around 12:30pm and a service tech was at my house by 1:15pm. Several rollers had come off the track and the cables were frayed and broken. Part of the door was hanging down. Brandon knew exactly what to do and had it fixed in less than 30 mins. He was very efficient and professional. This is the second time I have used them, replaced broken spring first time. Service is excellent. Plan to use them to replace the door soon.

Very pleased with Tommy's professionalism as well as the appointment scheduling process. Our problem was not only a broken spring but an issue with our opener that we had put off repairing. Tommy presented different options on how to proceed, assisting us with the pros and cons of each one. Hopefully we won't have another garage door issue for a while, but when we do, I won't hesitate to call Precision again.

Have been having problems with my garage door/opener for weeks and the spring broke leaving me no choice but to call someone. I did not know until I called that service was available on Saturday without that overtime/weekend rate! Customer Service was fantastic and was quoted a time of a 2 hour window for arrival. Tommy Gatlin, my service technician, called on his way for an arrival time and immediately made me feel at ease and I knew I had made a great choice. I was on borrowed time with my garage opener as it was over 15 years old. He assessed my problem and made recommendations. I decided to have a new opener installed along with the repairs to my door/springs/etc. It was worth every penny! I didn't know a garage door would be so quiet! Scratch this home improvement task off my list! Can't thank you enough!

We had our garage doors (and openers) installed by Precision. On the rare occasions when we required service, they were at our home within the hour. Their service techs are knowledgeable, proficient, and personable. Their work is always top notch. We needed to replace door seals damaged by last winter's ice storm - the work was done quickly, and well. The tech even swapped out an opener light bulb that burned out during testing! This is the second time that I have used Precision. The 1st time was for a new door installation with a new opener. This time to replace door springs on a door that was installed by someone else just over a year ago. Both times everything was explained up front, and I was given a choice of good, better and best. I really like this because most of the time I am only offered the best. The work on both jobs was done quickly and professionally. I would not hesitate to recommend Precision to anyone.
