Service technician Tom was on time for the appointment. He did an assessment of what the root cause of my springs breaking. He had the parts on his truck and made the repairs very quickly. He took the time to explain to my wife what repairs were made and had her operate it while he was there so he could address any concerns she might have. I purchased the lifetime warranty for my door. It now is very quiet. I am very well satisfied with their services. I give them 5 Stars for their service.

5 stars. I called 3 other companies, 2 in Indiana but not in correct service area. A company from Louisville, KY came and did the needed repairs. Service tech was professional, repairs were done correctly and I would recommend them to anyone.

Service was great. Your team came out on the weekend and arrived at exactly the time they said they would. My old door was not salvagable and I placed an order for a new door. There were no pressure sales tactics which was much appreciated. New door and opener arrived and we love it. A chain drive was installed vs. the belt drive I ordered. You immediately sent someone out to correct the mistake.

5 STAR! Very quick and professional service. I had the springs replaced, wheels, wires, pulleys, (basically all moving parts on the garage door) Great price for repair parts and the technician fees/inspect fee. Decided to go with the lifetime warranty plan and like the peace of mind knowing if any parts go bad will be fixed and not cost other than the service charge. The company I worked with did a great job representing the brand name with great customer service and quality. My Garage door has never been more quit and smoothly operational. Brent arrived within the estimated time period. He introduced himself right away and went to work. He was very thorough in explaining and correcting the problem. He then did maintenance on the system and explained it as he went. Since the system was in place when I bought the house I had no understanding of it and Brent took time to explain and answer my questions. He made some recommendations on improving the system but was not pushy about it at all. Al in all I was very satisfied with the service I received.

I was very happy with the service I received from Precision Door Service. Brandon was on time and finished the repairs very quickly. I liked that they guaranteed to be there in 2 hours and when I got an email confirming my appt. it included a picture of who to expect, so I would know my repairman beforehand. We had a broken spring and this is the second time this has happened since we moved into this house (10 years ago). The first time this happened we used a company that only gave a 90 day warranty. I love the piece of mind that it includes a lifetime warranty and he made sure all the other parts (cables, pulleys etc.) were also replaced. Excellent job!

I had no idea there was a company that repaired garage doors on a Sunday. I found Precision after an Internet search and was extremely pleased to be able to make an appointment for the same day!! The rep I spoke with was very friendly. The technician arrived early, explained everything thoroughly before getting started and was very cordial.
