The repairman, Tommy Gatlin, was very courteous. I was given the appointment time of 1:00 - 3:00. He called first to let me know he was on the way and showed up between the allotted times. Luckily the problem with my opener was easily fixed with a minor adjustment. If in the future I need any garage door repairs, I will certainly use Precision.

I called Precision over another company because I had a service coupon, the spring broke and we could not use the door. What I found when I called was a polite and helpful receptionist who helped me easily schedule an appointment. An absolute pleasure working with Precision from the yellow pages, web site, customer service, the follow up emails and the repair work. Everyone was courteous, friendly and professional. Tommy did an excellent job explaining the work that was needed and my options. I called on a Friday night and you were out the next morning at 8am. Brent did an excellent job repairing the broken spring on the garage door. He explained what he needed to do to take care of the issue. After he repaired the broken spring and the door opener, he made sure everything worked properly and cleaned up the area. I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone and will use their service again if I need to.
