Look no further for all your garage door needs. Service techs,Tommy Gatlin and Ryan arrived on time. They immediately began evaluating my problems which included a very dangerous spring problem. They walked me through all the problems with my door and what was needed to correct them. No high pressure sales,just suggestions on actions and alternative solutions needed. It's refreshing to deal with gentlemen! Deal with confidence. These men and Precision Garage are great.

Brent pointed out that the one spring for a large door as I have should have 2 springs and the cables were worn. I am the 3rd owner and don't believe anything has been done since 80's to springs, etc. Brent was professional and quickand also explained things well. I also bought a 3rd opener. Thanks!

Brent did a great job! He's a very hard work and very personable as well. He overhauled the entire door (wheels, springs and cables) and installed a new garage door opener in about 2-1/2 hours. Brent was prompt and professional, and had my repairs done within 45 after arrival. My door works better now than it did before the spring broke. After a quick analysis, Brent suggested an overhaul due to the condition of other parts on the door. I did spend more than originally planned, however, more repairs were necessary, and the quality speaks for itself. A pain free process!

Late one Sunday afternoon, I came home to find my remote controls and external keypad would not operate my garage door opener. The button inside the garage worked, and, I later found the remotes would work but only if I was standing under the opener itself. Collin came and diagnosed the problem quickly and installed an external receiver to prevent me from incurring the cost of a total unit replacement. A new keypad was also installed that later had to be replaced but Collin took care of it with a second service run and (this is the best part) at no extra charge! Thanks Precision and Collin for a great job at a reasonable price.

I chose Precision from Angies List, checked their website and called them after a spring broke. They scheduled an appointment for the same day between 4:00 and 6:00. Bret the service tech arrived at 3:00 pm, looked at the problem and gave me three options for repair including respective prices. I chose the "overhaul" and he said it would take an hour. Forty-five minutes later it was finished and opening quietly and without any problems. Great and timely service. Highly recommended.

We received a garage door tuneup promotion on Angies List and wanted to have our garage door serviced since it has been a few years. We noted that Precision Door Service has an 'A' rating. In 2011 we called a local garage door company to install a pin pad to open the garage door from the outside. The previous technician with another company DID NOT state that the builder installed the wrong size of springs on our garage door. Brent let us know that single size springs on a double door will wear down the motor faster and keep the door from a 'holding' position. We asked Brent to take out the old springs and install the proper size. We now have a 'professional' technician and a professional company and we will be sharing your great services and prices with our neighbors. Thank you Brent and God bless you.

My garage door broke where the opener was connected to the door (kinda). There was no way to open the garage door. The service person came out within an hour of calling and took care of the issues. It was late, around 7-8PM and he was there until it was fixed. Great job, no mess, honest pricing. I am very satisfied. I don't remember the name of the person, but he was very thorough and pleasant even though it was hot and got dark before he was done. Will use this company again.
