The cable had broke on my garage door and the cable rollers were old and worn out. Not only did the techician (Zach) fix the issue, he went above and beyond to put new life in a very old, wood garage door. Extremely happy and eventually will replace garage door in the future from Precision. I could replace the spring and it would be fine, or I could choose to upgrade a few pieces of the system for a reasonable price with a warranty. I now have a door that works great with a warranty for a terrific price! Understand sales, it's refreshing to have an honest person explain your options without any pressure.

great service, they were prompt, explained what was wrong, fixed the door so it worked even better than before. They were able to bump us up in the schedule which was very helpful. My 91 year old Dad lives with us and the ramp to get in the house is in the garage, so it was VERY helpful to get the door fixed same day. I would recommend them!
