I could replace the spring and it would be fine, or I could choose to upgrade a few pieces of the system for a reasonable price with a warranty. great service, they were prompt, explained what was wrong, fixed the door so it worked even better than before. They were able to bump us up in the schedule which was very helpful. My 91 year old Dad lives with us and the ramp to get in the house is in the garage, so it was VERY helpful to get the door fixed same day. I would recommend them!

After completion of the repair, he explained, again in detail, what he had done and together we tested the door. It now works better that when I first moved her.
