I cannot say enough about Kyle. He was the tech who serviced my garage door. His communication, promptness and dedication to helping me was above exemplary. Actually, your company is lucky to have him. I had an amazing experience with Precision and I will definitely be recommending to family and friends. Thank you

I chose Precision several years ago when I needed to replace an old garage door. Once I made the appointment everything happened exactly the way it was agreed upon. No surprises on cost or quality of installation. Called recently from my new home after a lightning strike took out the mother board in my garage. I got the same solid service as years before. I won't call anyone else for my garage.

This is the second time we have used their services with great results. This time I had tapped the garage door with the bumper of my car, dented it in right where the break seam is during operation. Derek came right on time and easily pushed it out, lined it up and the door is working great. He was quick, personable and gave me tips on how to care for the rubber seal around the door. I have a 20+ year old garage door so would not have been able to replace a panel. Setting up the appointment was very easy and the people are pleasant on the phone. Thanks Derek!

Called for general garage door maintenance. Technician, Kyle, and trainee, Taylor, were courteous, professional and helpful. Didn't try to oversell me like previous service provider did. BBB rating and number of positive reviews gave me more confidence in my decision to use a different service provider. Kyle and Taylor exceeded my expectations.

I needed help on a Saturday. Most everyone else is closed on the weekend. The lady on the phone knew exactly what I was talking about. The tech called ahead and showed up on time. Very professional and did a good job. Definitely would recommend.

I chose your company based on your website. The installers of my door were not honest in dealing with me a couple years ago, so I was looking for that honesty. Your tech, Tim, was great! On time, got the job done quick and was straight with me. Thank you.

Eric Mitchell, one of your technicians came out today, September 29, 2024, Sunday, and repaired my garage door. He was professional, kind, and knew his job. This chap deserves a raise and an entry in his personal file. He didn’t try to overcharge me and quickly ascertained that I needed a senior discount. Great guy! Great company!

Called for an emergency repair late one afternoon. Next morning, despite lousy weather, Jason W was on time, fast, friendly, and efficient. Good description of the options followed by a quality repair, answering questions cheerfully throughout. Very professional, no wasted motion, done remarkably quickly. It was a pleasure to watch him work.

One of the springs broke on my garage door making it unusable. Called and a technician was scheduled for that morning. The technician called to say he was in route and arrived ahead of schedule. Assessed the problem and performed 25-point inspection. Detailed what he found and presented total cost to repair with line item on each part including labor. In addition, he identified two problems with the cables and door sensors which I had requested to take of any potential problems. My technician was polite and professional. Performed work in a timely manner

Have used Precision Garage Door in the past. Wonderful company! Kyle came promptly and serviced our needs. Did a wonderful job! Very efficient and easy to please. Took his time and we were very pleased with him as we are getting older (73 years) and he took the time to explain everything... Great job! Worked in the heat and sweated a lot. Thanks for everything!

We had our chain and a gear break on our garage the other night. I immediately called for weekend service. Kyle called Saturday morning to let me know his ETA. When he arrived he was amazing. He accessed the job and recommended what needed to be done and why. He checked in constantly to let us know his time frame and what he was working on. He then let us know when he was finished and again, confirmed the final invoice before pay. I would highly recommend Precision Garage for any repair service!

WOW! Nothing like being taken advantage of! Had Precision come out on a Sunday and they told me I needed a new garage opener drive unit. I needed my door back in service so I agreed. I was told when I made the call there's no extra charge for weekends. After work was done , I found out the unit Precision sold me and charged over $900 dollars, I could have bought at Lowes for less than $200.00.
