I was told when I first requested work on my broken garage door the approximate time a technician would arrive at my house and Dakota was there promptly. I picked Precision because they were able to help me faster than other companies. Including the one that installed the garage door. They said they had 24 hour emergency service but no one could come down to let us out of the garage we were trapped in. And the earliest they could get to us was 3 days. Wonder why they advertise 24 hour emergency service. Next garage service will be first to Precision.

I am concerned that the frame holding the garage opener is not going to hold the door . The frame is bended and twisted. When I call the Manager Rick May I was told that the technician is going to come to my house tomorrow. The manager refused to take my call .
