I chose Precision from Angies List, checked their website and called them after a spring broke. They scheduled an appointment for the same day between 4:00 and 6:00. Bret the service tech arrived at 3:00 pm, looked at the problem and gave me three options for repair including respective prices. I chose the "overhaul" and he said it would take an hour. Forty-five minutes later it was finished and opening quietly and without any problems. Great and timely service. Highly recommended.

We received a garage door tuneup promotion on Angies List and wanted to have our garage door serviced since it has been a few years. We noted that Precision Door Service has an 'A' rating. In 2011 we called a local garage door company to install a pin pad to open the garage door from the outside. The previous technician with another company DID NOT state that the builder installed the wrong size of springs on our garage door. Brent let us know that single size springs on a double door will wear down the motor faster and keep the door from a 'holding' position. We asked Brent to take out the old springs and install the proper size. We now have a 'professional' technician and a professional company and we will be sharing your great services and prices with our neighbors. Thank you Brent and God bless you.

My garage door broke where the opener was connected to the door (kinda). There was no way to open the garage door. The service person came out within an hour of calling and took care of the issues. It was late, around 7-8PM and he was there until it was fixed. Great job, no mess, honest pricing. I am very satisfied. I don't remember the name of the person, but he was very thorough and pleasant even though it was hot and got dark before he was done. Will use this company again.

I contracted Precision because they offered a big deal on Angie's list. I was very surprised at the level of service their service tech gave. He did a maintenance on my door and installed a keyless entry pad. He even helped me program my car to the garage door (something I had been trying for some time) I just bought my house and the garage door is older so the door was wide open for him to need to do more than he came for. He was very honest and the only upsell was a remote for my older garage opener that I requested. Refreshing!

Collin was not able to fix my door or provide the key pad. His was not compatible with the motor, nor did he have the weather stripping that would fit properly. He was able to get the door to close and stay close. He has to order the parts and said I would hear from you in a week when they arrive. He was very professional and kind.
