I would highly recommend Precision Door. I was informed from the time of scheduling until the technician arrived. They were very prompt and courteous. I hit the sensor and my door would not close each time. The technician checked the sensor, all safety points and lubed it. While he was here he showed me what to do if this occurred again as well as reset my code. He was very professional.

My backup battery started beeping on 7/5/21 so, per my instruction packet, I called Service on 7/6/21, not aware that you were open on the July 4 National Holiday. John Hill came over and replaced the battery. I appreciate his service and demeanor. Although the backup battery was replaced, it is not in the list below.

Had an issue with one of my garage doors,I called percision and was able to get an appt that day . The technician that came out was John H. He was able to diagnose the problem immediately. It was not an easy fix ,but John got it done and fixed the door . He was very courteous and explained everything in detail.

Very pleased with timely response when calling for service. Service technician was very knowledgeable and professional. He made suggestions in addition to the spring replacement needed and I didn't feel pressured with his recommendations, this is somewhat unusual with other types of service providers. I highly recommend Precision and will be contacting within next month or so for upgrade/replacements.

Precision provides an unbelievable service across the board: great communications, fast response, professional service technicians, and more importantly their service is reasonably priced. I strongly recommend them to anyone requiring garage door service/ repairs. My elderly father’s garage door was in an unbelievable state, and this literally happened overnight. The garage door had come off its rails on both sides but at various areas so it was dangling at some spots and was stuck with a quarter of the door up. With the weather now being cold my Dad needed the door repaired immediately. I called several garage repair services late morning on Friday. All but one couldn’t come until until the following week or Saturday. I thought major repairs were going to be required so when a John H showed up from Precision and assured me he would have the door repaired in an hour I was disbelief. John was was the consummate professional. He was knowledgeable, personable, and was “done” In less than one hour. Everything that needed to be replaced was replaced with quality parts.
