5 STARS...This was the second time I have called Precision and they exceeded my expectations again! Our 14 year old garage door opener was acting erratically and would not always open or close the garage door. The new opener came with a keypad (that we didn't have before) and it has been great. The service technician was knowledgeable and efficient. I'll certainly keep Precision at the top of my vendor list.

The two guys doing the job seemed to really know what they were doing, they were fast and professional. The only complaint is it was a bit pricey. For the parts they replaced and the time they were here it could have been a little better price.

I was disappointed and let down. On July 19, 2018 paid half down on garage door was scheduled to pay in full balance on July 24 day of scheduled installation. Fast forward, with a total of 3 Different visits out to home and cancellations. They finally completed the installation job today August 2. I was originally told and quoted it would only take 4 hours to do.

Went with Precision for their customer service. Call 3 places, Precision was the only one to return my call. Customer service is what makes a great company. The tech who came out was professional and did a great job replacing the spring on our garag3 door.

Fast, friendly, and fastidious service; Our garage door torsion spring had broken after 13 years of use. We called Precision on Sunday at 6pm, and everything was fixed and in working order by 2:30PM the next day. Travis was OUTSTANDING! Very personable, and you could tell he was very focused on doing things the right way. We felt the repair pricing was very affordable, so in addition we opted to do garage door "over-hall" as well (replacement of cables, bearings, door wheels, etc.). So glad that I selected Precision after an on-line web search, and I would not hesitate to call again!

Your ad in the yellow pages was clear and professional. I appreciated being able to call in the evening and getting service the following morning, as I was, for a time "locked in" with my only car in the garage, a power outage. and the release cord failing to release! Your technician was very knowledgeable and quickly earned my trust! When he told me that my present system was no longer even approved for service updates, I had no doubt of the truth of that statement. I was not at all reluctant to get a new garage door opener and very pleased that it could be installed immediately! He told me that if I had the button in my SUV to open the garage door, he could install it - and when I bought the car, I had been told by the salesman that my car has it, but that setting it up was "complicated," and he didn't even want to try. Today it was set up in about 30 seconds and works very well. So - I am very pleased with my purchase and happy with the service you company provided.

We had a garage door problem in 2013 called Precision and got same day service. We had another garage door problem on July 15, 2018 called Precision and again got same day service. The Tech that came and did repairs was extremely knowledgeable and very courteous. We would Highly recommend Precision Overhead Door Service.

We did a little homework on the many companies in Louisville that provide installation of a new garage door opener. We finally decided on Precision. We called them in the morning and an appointment was scheduled for the afternoon between 4-6PM, on one of the hottest days so far in Louisville. The technician was Brent Halibur and no one could have asked for a more professional, knowledgeable, polite gentleman. We believe that he could have installed the garage door opener in his sleep. Not once did he complain about the heat. He was efficient and particular in making sure everything was exactly right. When the installation was complete, he gave us all the instructions and made sure we knew how to operate the garage pad, the outdoor pad, and the remotes. He also left our garage clean as a whistle....no left over parts, screws, etc. It does not get better than this.

Everything went fine with the repair. The guy was very informative about how the garage door works. Disappointed that he didn't have the rubber strip that needed to be replaced. So, you all will call me and set up another date to fix one of the rubber strip. I did pay for it in advance. Just hope I remember to call you back if you forget to follow up with me. The repair guy was a very nice man.

Travis arrived at time agreed. He was very professional, very efficient, got the job done and provided excellent service. He had what we needed on his vehicle and was willing to check a neighbor who also needed repairs to his garage opener (and completed it the following day.) Installer was awesome. He was concerned about getting it right for me. I think the initial call was a little misleading in that I was quoted a price on the basic product without knowing it. The installer made it better in the long run, and I felt satisfied with the installation and the price.

I recently made an appointment with Precision for repairing my garage door First of all when I called to schedule the appointment the representative was courteous, polite and very professional. The day of my appointment I received a call from the technician stating he (Travis) was enroute to my home. Upon arrival Travis introduced himself and I explained the problem which he then did an overview and explained what needed to be done. After the job was completed he checked and double check and I myself check to make sure the problem was resolved which it was. Travis went over everything with me and I was very satisfied with the job performance.

My garage door was not closing. I had to close it manually. The technical arrived. I showed him the problem. He performed an inspection of the door. Explained all my options and informed of which issues needed to addressed immediately and which could wait. He performed maintenance on the door - lubriication, balancing, and adjusted the sensitivity. Also replaced the seal on the door, it is quieter and running like a charm. I plan on using them I the future for maintenance and any garage door work.
