My garage door broke early friday morning(with car inside), I had Dr. appt., was able to get help from neighbor. I called, the receptionist was professional and friendly and was able to tell me that I would receive service between 3-5 pm. Jeff Goff called when he was coming my way(approx. 3:30),he was very friendly,polite, and professional. I am thankful for Precision Service.

Our garage door would only go up about a quarter of the way it should when we tried to use it yesterday. We have been in the house for fourteen months and this is the first garage we have ever owned. We had no idea what the problem was so we called Precision. I called at 2:30 PM on a Friday and they were able to offer me a repairman between 4 and 6. I was thrilled to hear that. Josh Wright was our technician. He called about ten minutes before his arrival and was very kind and professional from the moment he called. When he arrived, he was able to point out the issues and diagnose our problem immediately. One of the springs was broken and the part that turns the cable and chain had broken as a result. Josh offered me two proposals one being less expensive than the other. However, he advised me that the second spring would probably not last much longer and advised it would be less expensive to replace them both while he was here than to have to call him back. We also decided to replace the old cables, bolts, rollers and bearings, all of which were old. Josh offered us a package deal that came with a ten year warranty on all the parts and a one year warranty on the labor. The deal was too good to pass up. Josh has everything he needed on his truck and went to work. He did not mind me watching and learning and I enjoyed our conversation very much. He was professional, efficient and cleaned up everything once he finished. He also taught me what parts and mechanisms needed to be lubricated twice a year. Since I’ve never owned a garage, he provided me with much needed training. The door opens and closes very quietly now. The difference is amazing. I would definitely use Precision again, and I would request Josh Wright as my technician!

Broke a door spring Thursday night pulling in from work. Called Precision that night and they were there the next morning. The tech replaced my broken spring and some worn bearings. Door works good as new. The technician was courteous and efficient. Would definitely use them again.

I chose Precision because of their online reviews and the convenience of an easy scheduling system, and I was not disappointed! They were able to fit me in the same day. They repaired a broken spring and serviced the door, letting me know that it should have two springs (who knew?!) The repairperson installed another spring which improved the performance dramatically. I would definitely recommend Precision!!

We called Precision when our garage door opener wouldn't open or close our door. We were very impressed with our technician, Josh W. He was able to spot the problem with our door right away; a surge had wiped the programming. He was professional, polite and efficient. There was no pressure to buy a new garage door opener, but he did leave us pricing information for future reference. When that time comes we will definitely use Precision for all our needs!

On Wed we had to order a new garage door (backed into old one) and upon searching for a reliable company found Precision. was impressed by reviews on this site and the "same day service" statement. Called and got an immediate estimate appointment which was accomplished in the next 2 hrs. The technician, Blake Angel, was extremely professional and straight forward, no hype or pressure. He thoroughly explained the product options and gave us a very acceptable price for the option we chose. He contacted the office and had an appointment for installation set up for 2 days later, Friday. That same day we received confirmation email, appointment email, and an email from the owner, Dwayne explaining the process and identifying all the technicians by name and picture to ensure we would know our techs and have our privacy protected. Craig Noe was the technician who did the installation. very professional, on time and finished with complete installation and clean up in 3 hrs. I can not say enough about the professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care this company has provide. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of their services. 5 stars plus!!!!
