Dakota, my Technician, was efficient, courteous, and professional. I appreciated that he had all the supplies to do the job with him. Our very old garage door was stuck halfway open. Precision was the only company I was able to get a hold of on a bitter cold Saturday. Trey came out within a couple of hours and fixed it in no time!! I’ll use them again, for sure!!

Had to replace with 3 clamps on rail to keep wires in check because they were almost down to my car door. Should work ! When you all installed the door in early November 2024 they used an inferior product to hold the wires in place; a plastic white clip and a black one by the garage door that fell off. Should have known better after repeated use, it would not last. Solved the problem. Personnel were helpful, professional, and thanks for response in the day I called.

I would never recommend anyone use this company for garage door spring repair. They came to my house, quoted $900 to repair springs that a competitor ended up charging me HALF the price to fix. They told me I needed new bearings, which turned out not to be true. And charged me $89.99 to do NOTHING but take a shit in my toilet.
